Permissive Aggregation Group. The Required Aggregation Group of plans plus any other plan or plans of the Employer which, when considered as a group with the Required Aggregation Group, would continue to satisfy the requirements of Code Sections 401(a)(4) and 410.

Permissive Aggregation Group. The Required Aggregation Group plus any other qualified plans of the Employer or a Related Employer which, when considered as a group with the Required Aggregation Group, would continue to satisfy the requirements of Sections 401(a)(4) and 410 of the Code.
Permissive Aggregation Group. Permissive Aggregation Group means the Required Aggregation Group plus any other qualified plans maintained by the Employer, but only if such group would satisfy in the aggregate the nondiscrimination requirements of Code §401(a)(4) and the coverage requirements of Code §410. The Plan Administrator will determine the Permissive Aggregation Group.
Permissive Aggregation Group. Used for Top-Heavy testing purposes, it is the Required Aggregation Group of plans plus any other plan or plans of the Employer which, when considered as a group with the Required Aggregation Group, would continue to satisfy the requirements of Code Sections 401(a)(4) and 410.
Permissive Aggregation Group. The Company may also include any other Plan not required to be included in the required aggregation group, provided the resulting group, taken as a whole, would continue to satisfy the provisions of Internal Revenue Code Sections 401(a) or 410. Such group shall be known as a permissive aggregation group. In the case of a permissive aggregation group, only a Plan that is part of the required aggregation group will be considered a Top Heavy Plan if the permissive aggregation group is a Top Heavy group. No Plan in the permissive aggregation group will be considered a Top Heavy Plan if the permissive aggregation group is not a Top Heavy Plan group.
