Permissive Aggregation Group Sample Clauses

A Permissive Aggregation Group clause defines the terms under which multiple transactions, contracts, or exposures can be combined and treated as a single group for certain legal or financial purposes. In practice, this clause allows parties to aggregate various obligations or positions, such as in the context of netting agreements or risk calculations, even if the underlying agreements are not strictly identical or are governed by different documents. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility in managing and offsetting obligations, thereby simplifying administration and potentially reducing overall risk exposure between the parties.
