PERMISSION TO COMMUNICATE. Tenant recognizes Owner and Tenant are entering into a business relationship as Owner and Tenant. As such, Tenant hereby consents to Owner phoning, faxing, e-mailing, texting (including automated calls and texts) and using social media to communicate with Tenant for marketing, collections and other business-related communications. NOTICE MAY BE PROVIDED TO TENANT VIA EMAIL IF TENANT ELECTS TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS.
PERMISSION TO COMMUNICATE. Occupant recognizes Owner and Occupant are entering into a business relationship as Owner and Occupant. As such, Occupant hereby consents to Owner phoning, faxing, e–mailing, texting (including automated calls and texts) and using social media to communicate with Occupant for marketing, collections and other business–related communications.

As such, Occupant hereby consents to Operator phoning, faxing, e-mailing, texting (including automated calls and texts) and using social media to communicate with Occupant with marketing and/or other business-related communications, including collection notices, and that these conditions are related to the business relationship. Occupant specifically consents to receiving text messages from Operator at the cell phone number provided by Occupant in this Agreement or at any other cell phone numbers provided by Occupant to Operator. Texts from Operator to Occupant may provide alerts regarding the Occupant’s account with Operator, Occupant’s tenancy in the Storage Space, Occupant’s use of the Premises, rental or sales promotions from Operator, and/or the business relationship between Operator and Occupant. Occupant understands that text messaging rates will apply to any messages received from Operator. Occupant understands that Occupant’s consent to receive these texts is not required as a condition of entering into this Agreement or purchasing any goods or services from Operator. Occupant also understands that Occupant or Operator may revoke this permission in writing at any time. Occupant agrees not to hold Operator liable for any electronic messaging charges or fees generated by this service. Occupant further agrees that in the event Occupant’s cell phone number changes, Occupant shall inform Operator of said change or be liable for any fees or charges incurred. OCCUPANT INITIALS .

Tenant hereby consents to Owner phoning, faxing, e-mailing, texting, and contacting Tenant via social media (including automated calls and texts) and that these conditions are related to the business relationship. Tenant specifically consents to receiving text messages from Owner at the cell phone number provided by Tenant in this Rental Agreement or at any other cell phone numbers provided by Tenant to Owner. Texts from Owner to Tenant may provide alerts regarding the Tenant’s account with Owner, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s tenancy in the Unit, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of the Facility, rental or sales promotions from Owner, and/or the business relationship between Owner and Tenant. Tenant understands that text messaging rates will apply to any messages received from Owner. Tenant understands that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consent to receive these texts is not required as a condition of entering into this Rental Agreement or purchasing any goods or services from Owner. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ also understands that Tenant or Owner may revoke this permission in writing at any time. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to hold Owner liable for any electronic messaging charges or fees generated by this service. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees that in the event ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s cell phone number changes, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall inform Owner of said change or be liable for any fees or charges incurred.

As such, Occupant hereby consents to Lessor phoning, faxing, e-mailing and texting Occupant (including automated calls and texts) as well as using social media to send with marketing and/or other business-related communications.
PERMISSION TO COMMUNICATE. Tenant recognizes Ow ner and Tenant are entering to a business relationship as Ow ner and Tenant. Tenant hereby consents to Ow ner phoning, faxing, e-mailing, texting and using social media to communicate with Tenant with marketing and/ or other business- related communications, including automated calls or texts. Tenant agrees that notices may be given by e-mail if Tenant elects to provide an e-mail address.
PERMISSION TO COMMUNICATE. I hereby grant permission to TP and Baseball Ontario (and to any persons authorized by TP) to communicate with me and the Participant via electronic messages, including email, regarding matters related to my relationship, or the Participant’s relationship, with TP and/or Baseball Ontario including, without limitation, team selection, program, membership, promotional materials and/or other TP and/or Baseball Ontario related information. I may choose not to receive TP and/or Baseball Ontario communications at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in the footer of TP and/or Baseball Ontario emails.
