Penalty Fees. Should the CONSULTANT be in breach of any or all of its obligations in providing the Services within time specified under the conditions stipulated in this Agreement, the CONSULTANT consents to pay the COMPANY a penalty corresponding to 0.3% of Contract Price per day, but not exceed 5% of Contract Price. If it appears to the COMPANY that the CONSULTANT does not duly rectify the breach within the reasonable period of time or within the period of time as stipulated in the notice to the CONSULTANT, the COMPANY shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and to exercise the right to claim in accordance with this clause 12. The imposition of penalty under this clause 12.5 shall not prejudice the right of the COMPANY to claim for compensation due to any breach by the CONSULTANT of this Agreement.

Penalty Fees. In certain instances, we may charge you a penalty fee up to the amounts shown on your Pricing Schedule. If we do not receive at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date disclosed on your billing statement, we may charge a late payment fee. Each time a payment made to the Account is not honored by your financial institution or cannot be processed, we may charge you a returned payment fee even if the payment is honored after we resubmit it. We reserve the right to add or modify the penalty fees to which your Account is subject in accordance with applicable law.

Penalty Fees. 12.1 Penalty Fees are applied in case when an Investor withdraws any amount before the end of the Trading Period. The Trading Period is announced in the Master’s Offer and it starts as soon as the Investor proceeds with the initial deposit.
Penalty Fees. If the Tenant delays payment of the monthly rent past the tenth (10th) of the month, a $25 late payment fee must be paid at once by the Tenant to the Landlord in accompaniment with your late rent payment. If a sale is advertised, $25 will also be added.
