Payahead Sample Clauses

The Payahead clause allows a party to make payments before they are due under a contract. In practice, this means that a party can choose to pay amounts owed in advance of the scheduled payment dates, either in full or in part, without breaching the agreement. This clause is useful for parties who wish to manage their cash flow proactively or take advantage of early payment discounts, and it ensures that early payments are permitted and properly credited, thereby providing flexibility and reducing the risk of disputes over payment timing.
