Overriding Effect. This Agreement and the other documents attached hereto or referred to herein integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein and/or incidental hereto and supersede all oral negotiations and prior writings in respect of the subject matter hereof. Overriding Effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining to its subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporary agreements and understandings.
