Outage Coordination. The Responsible PTO will coordinate outages with the Existing Rightholder, pursuant to the provisions of the ISO Outage Coordination Protocol of the ISO Tariff, to the extent feasible and consistent with the provisions of the Existing Contracts.
Outage Coordination. NCPA shall coordinate Outages of Generating Units and transmission facilities, including the Points of MSS Interconnection, constituting parts of NCPA’s System with the operators, and if mutually agreed by the CAISO and NCPA, the owners of the transmission facilities with which NCPA’s System is interconnected so that each of those owners can take those Outages into account in coordinating maintenance of its transmission facilities with the CAISO.
Outage Coordination. The Parties will perform regional transmission and generation outage coordination in order to identify proposed transmission and generation maintenance that would create unacceptable reliability-related system conditions and will work with the facility owners to provide remedial steps to be taken in advance of such proposed maintenance. Outage Coordination under this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with the procedures set forth in the XXXX/MISO business practices.
Outage Coordination. The Parties may temporarily curtail, reduce or shift deliveries of electric power if any such Party determines that such curtailment, reduction or load shift is necessary or desirable in case of system emergencies, personnel safety, or Operational Constraints on the system of either Party, or to install equipment in, make repairs to, make replacement within, conduct investigations and inspections of, or perform other maintenance work on the equipment or facilities of either Party. To the extent reasonable or appropriate, the Parties shall use temporary facilities or equipment to minimize the effect of any such interruption, reduction or load shift. Outage planning and coordination requirements and roles may be found in the Transmission Provider’s Standards.
Outage Coordination. Prior to the beginning of each Fiscal Year the project manager shall prepare and submit for approval to the Facilities Committee a planned outage schedule for the CT1 Project. Changes or modifications made to the planned outage schedule during the course of the Fiscal Year shall be subsequently reported in a timely manner to each Project Participant. NCPA shall provide outage coordination services to track and report planned and unplanned outages pursuant to the Amended and Restated Scheduling Coordination Program Agreement.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Geothermal Operating Agreement, prior to the beginning of each Fiscal Year the project manager shall prepare and submit for approval to the Facilities Committee a planned outage schedule for the Geothermal Project. Changes or modifications made to the planned outage schedule during the course of the Fiscal Year shall be subsequently reported in a timely manner to each Project Participant. Outage Coordination. CAISO, as the Balancing Authority, and MWD, through its TOP, shall coordinate outages in accordance with Applicable NERC/WECC Reliability Requirements and CAISO Tariff Sections 9.3.6 and 9.3.10. CAISO and MWD, through its TOP, will provide Outage information for the MWD’s BES Facilities, Outages affecting the Xxxx or Xxxx Interconnections, and SCE’s transmission interconnections with MWD in accordance with the mechanisms and timing required for transmission facilities in CAISO Tariff Section 9.3.6, Maintenance Outages, and CAISO Tariff Section 9.3.10, Forced Outages. CAISO will approve the Outages in accordance with the terms in the same CAISO Tariff Sections.
Outage Coordination. In accordance with Good Utility Practice, ------------------- each Party may, in close cooperation with the other, remove from service its facilities that may impact the other Party's facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install, repair or replace equipment. Absent the existence of an Emergency or Network Security Condition, the Party scheduling removal of a facility from service will use good faith efforts to schedule such removal on a date mutually acceptable to both Parties, in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
