Other Closing. Closing shall have taken place on the same date with respect to the agreement whereby Microcell Capital II Inc. sells to OZ.CXX xxx the issued and outstanding shares it holds in the capital stock of UsCo.

Other Closing. It should be noted that library staff are public employees and are paid by the public to be available in their respective offices and on the job unless extenuating circumstances prevail. Therefore, closing outside normal operating hours may require full-time library staff to submit leave requests to the TOWN for approval and may result in the mandatory use of leave.
Other Closing. In the event of an energy shortage, severe weather or other exigency, the School District reserves the right to modify the school calendar and, if school is closed on a normal duty day(s), the teacher shall perform duties on such other day(s) in lieu thereof as the School Board shall determine, if any.
