Optional Holidays Sample Clauses
The Optional Holidays clause allows employees to take leave on certain days of their choosing, in addition to or instead of fixed public holidays. Typically, this clause outlines the number of optional holidays permitted, the process for requesting them, and any restrictions, such as advance notice requirements or limitations on which days can be selected. Its core function is to provide flexibility for employees to observe holidays that are personally or culturally significant, thereby accommodating diverse needs and promoting inclusivity in the workplace.
