Optional Equipment. We offer certain Optional Equipment, including navigational systems, kitchen or linen packages, and child safety seats, upon request and subject to availability for your use during the rental at an additional charge. All Optional Equipment is rented AS IS and must be returned to us at the end of the rental in the same condition as when rented. If you rent a child safety seat, you must inspect and install the child seat into the Vehicle yourself. If you rent a GPS device, you should review the operational instructions before leaving the rental location.
Optional Equipment. The Contractor must offer the Transit Bus as specified in the Base Item Specifications for the applicable Base Item in Appendix D: Transit Bus Contract Documents, Number 2: Contract Pricelist. An Authorized User may choose one (1) or more of the Optional Equipment from the list of Optional Equipment associated with the Base Item. The Contractor shall be required to honor all such requests, provided that adding the requested combination of Optional Equipment results in a Transit Bus that meets the minimum specifications stated herein (see Section III.2
Optional Equipment. Attached to Contractor’s RFP proposal was a comprehensive listing of optional equipment that is incorporated into the Price Agreement. Authorized Purchasers ordering under this Price Agreement shall be able to select optional equipment from this listing without incurring cost for additional engineering hours for any changes in optional equipment.
Optional Equipment. The State intends that any optional equipment and packages that are available from the manufacturer for the type of equipment outlined in the Solicitation be included with the response. The State reserves the right to compare like options or equivalent equipment for evaluation purposes. Equipment price may be a factor for Award purposes.
