OPTION DATE. 1.1. You are requested to review, sign and return this agreement to us within 7 days of the Event Agreement Issue Date, unless a different option date is stated in the Event Agreement. We reserve the right to release your tentatively reserved bedrooms and facilities, or to review our rates, if we do not receive your signed agreement by the applicable due date. No cancellation fee shall apply in such circumstances. If other enquiries are received for the same dates of your proposed Event, we may contact you earlier for confirmation, at our sole discretion.
OPTION DATE. Commencing on the "Option Date" (which is the date hereof), the Option may be exercised to the extent of 33% of the Option Stock.

OPTION DATE. The definition of "Section 19.01 Option Date" is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety.
OPTION DATE. The aggregate outstanding amount of the Advances shall be due and payable in full on the Option Date, provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, on the Option Date if Company and Lenders have agreed to an Extension Option in accordance with the terms of SECTION 2.14 hereof, then the Loan shall be due and payable in full on the Final Maturity. OPTION DATE. Regardless of reference to any contract signature due date (“Option Date”) in the Agreement, should both parties sign the Agreement after the Option Date has passed, the arrangements shall be considered definite and the Agreement binding on both parties as if the parties have signed prior to the Option Date.
