Operational Agreement. Both parties agree that within 90 days of closing an operational partnership agreement shall be in place, inclusive of employment agreements for principal officers of the Seller. Buyer and Seller have to date negotiated most of the terms of the agreement and will use their best faith efforts to complete and ratify said agreement. In the event of a failure to complete an agreement Seller retains the right to purchase the shares sold to the Buyer for an equal amount of consideration expended by the Buyer.
Operational Agreement. (a) The Trustee and Lloyd’s must enter into an Operational Agreement governing the methods and operational practices to be employed in carrying out the terms of this deed and specifying the fees which may be charged by the Trustee to Lloyd’s.

Operational Agreement. 0 Contractor agrees to provide a comprehensive Residential SubstanceAbuse Treatment (RSAT) program for the County of Santa Cruz County's Xxxxxxxx Medium Security Facility (S Unit), pursuant to all conditions of a Governor's Office of Criminal Justice Planning (OCJP) grant award to the County of Santa Xxxx Department. Scope of Services: Contractor will provide treatment services to 60 inmates annually. Treatment will be in three phases: Phase 1- Motivation and Engagement, Phase 2 - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and services will include intensive probation supervision, group and individual sessions Habilitative Services, Phase 3 - Transitions Planning for Community Reintegration. Aftercare services will include intensive probation supervision, group and individual sessions, community service, linkage to vocational and educational opportunities, and referral to continuing outpatient treatment, as needed. Contractor will provide all related training for personnel. All services provided under this contract will be provided as detailed in the RSAT, Santa Cruz County Secure and Free Environment (SAFE) Program Project Narrative, which by this reference is made part of this agreement.
