Operating Relationship. The Parties shall provide personnel necessary for the manufacturing of the Y4 NAND Flash Memory Products as described in Section 6.10.
Operating Relationship. Borrowers shall maintain all of their primary depositary and operating accounts with Comerica Bank. Any deficiencies therein shall be charged directly to the Borrowers on a monthly basis.
