Open Source Licenses. The Materials may include software subject to an open source license, including licenses recognized by the Open Source Initiative ( ). Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights under, or grants rights that supersede, the terms of any applicable open source software license. 2.6
Open Source Licenses. The Software includes Open Source Components, the details of which are available at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx (each, an "Open Source License"). Any use of the Open Source Components by Customer is governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Open Source License(s).
Open Source Licenses. The Software includes Open Source Components that are licensed pursuant to permissive licenses, such as the MIT License at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/MIT and the Apache License at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 (each, an “Open Source License”). Open Source Licenses. UI Bakery contains third-party materials subject to their respective open-source licenses. The Licensor warrants that the inclusion of such third-party materials in UI Bakery will not prevent Customer from exercising the license rights provided to Customerherein in respect of UI Bakery or limit Customer’s ability to use UI Bakery and Services in accordance with the Documentation. Nothing herein shall derogate from mandatory rights Customer may have under any open-source licenses.
Open Source Licenses. To the extent the Software includes any Open Source Components, such Open Source Components may be subject to separate open source licenses (each, an "Open Source License"). Any use of the Open Source Components by Licensee is governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Open Source License(s).
Open Source Licenses. HP may have contributed computer code to an open source computer project or otherwise made computer code (collectively, the “Computer Code”) subject to the obligations of an Open Source License. To the extent that one or more claims of the Assignable Patents and any Follow-on Patents read on Computer Code, Company acknowledges that the Assignable Patents and any Follow-on Patents may be subject to the express or implied licensing obligations of an Open Source License. Accordingly, Company acknowledges and agrees that the sale and assignment of the Assignable Patents shall be subject to, and Company shall abide by, all obligations of any Open Source License governing such Computer Code.
Open Source Licenses. The Software includes components (“Open Source Components”) that are subject to their own open-source copyright license agreements (“Open Source Licenses”). All applicable third party licenses may be found at the following location on the Hive Fabric Host: /opt/hive/thirdparty-licenses. Any use of the Open Source Components by Licensee is governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the applicable Open Source License(s).
Open Source Licenses. The parties will comply with the terms of all Open Source Licenses governing the Software. One party’s failure to comply shall not relieve the other party’s obligation to comply with such Open Source Licenses governing the Software.

The rights of use for those files are governed exclusively by the license applicable to the respective file or the copyright act, respectively. The relevant license texts, disclaimers and any further notices will be delivered with the software.
Open Source Licenses. Should the Licensed Software include any Open-Source Components, Licensee’s use of the Open-Source Components will be governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the related open-source and public licenses. Licensor will provide Licensee with the license name, author information, license source, access information, and other relevant information for Open-Source Components.
