Open Source Licenses. The Materials may include software subject to an open source license, including licenses recognized by the Open Source Initiative ( ). Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights under, or grants rights that supersede, the terms of any applicable open source software license.

3.2 On the basis of the applicable open source license or by law, the Customer will be comprehensively entitled to use the files, e.g. to copy, install and load them into the main memory. However, the modification or redistribution of unmodified or modified files may trigger license obligations. The Customer will be solely responsible for reviewing the relevant license terms and ensuring compliance with such terms.
Open Source Licenses. Some software contains open-source code or technology that is widely available for a variety of uses. However, such use of open-source code or technology actually comes with its only open-source or public license. The Licensor should be aware that, if any part of their software contains open-source components, the open-source or public license information often requires the components to be readily identifiable and documented.
Open Source Licenses. To the extent that the Software includes Open Source Components licensed under a common license protocol (each, an "Open Source License"), any use of the Open Source Components by Licensee is governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Open Source License(s).
