Ongoing Responsibilities. CMR shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, and all other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, including this Agreement and the UGC. CMR, not TFC, shall be responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, and for coordinating all portions of the Work. CMR shall coordinate, monitor and inspect the work of Subcontractors to ensure conformance with the Contract Documents. CMR will thoroughly review and closely scrutinize the performance, means, methods, constructability, schedules, and costs of all of its Subcontractors and suppliers as is relevant to each Subcontractor’s discipline.

Ongoing Responsibilities. Supplier may, to the extent permitted by any Assigned Agreement, renew, modify, terminate or cancel, or request or grant any consents or waivers under, any such Assigned Agreement. In order to allow for a smooth transitioning of responsibility regarding this report: (a) after the Effective Date, PFIZER shall continue to run the clinical safety tables for this report, at its cost; (b) LICENSEE shall take responsibility for drafting such annual report and submitting it to the FDA, and (c) PFIZER shall provide Consulting Services for input and review on such annual report as may be requested by LICENSEE according to the agreement on Consulting Services described in Section 1.1.3 of this Schedule B.

The CEO will continue to act, where delegated by the Board of Directors to do so, as a pivotal link to the LHIN, the Ministry, community leaders, agencies and the community at large. • Provides leadership, guidance and management to the CCAC staff, including human and financial resources management; in accordance with accepted business and financial practices and standards, and Ministry, LHIN and Board directives, guidelines, policies and procedures, as may be changed or established from time to time;  Translates the strategic direction of the Board, goals and objectives into operational plans and activities in accordance with the approved business plan and engages the CCAC team to effectively carry out the mandate;  Develops and promotes a positive and productive CCAC work culture, consistent with the shared mission, vision and values of the CCACs, to attract, motivate and retain the best personnel; and  Demonstrates the values of the organization.
