OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION. 4.1 Students admitted to Southern Utah University have access to the online student portal, known as mySUU (xxxx://xx.xxx.xxx). Through mySUU, students are required to keep contact information current and correct. For all UH residents this must include an email address and preferred phone number (likely a cell phone). All electronic communication sent by UH will be sent to this email address and residents will be held responsible for the information therein. UH may also employ mySUU or myHousing to send targeted messages and post information about an individual resident’s housing application and agreement, assignment, and other important information.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION. CTI-CFF, including the Regional Secretariat shall enjoy, for all its official communication, treatment no less favorable that that accorded by the Host Country to representative offices of international organization in the Host Country. All forms of official correspondence and other official communication of CTI-CFF, including the Secretariat, shall be inviolable. CTI-CFF including the Secretariat shall have the right to dispatch and receive official communication either by courier or in sealed bags, all of which shall be inviolable and shall have the same privileges and immunities as diplomatic courier and bags.
OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION. Official University communications are sent regularly via email; therefore, students should check their BUCmail accounts daily. Failure to be aware of updated policies, procedures, or other information does not relieve students from responsibility or obligation. Residents are responsible for all policy and procedural information disseminated through University media, including the official university website, emails, and newsletters. Housing assignments may be viewed on MyCSU. Residents must also confirm their intent to return subsequent semesters. Room assignments are not automatically renewed. Residents are responsible for reporting maintenance issues in their community, room, and bathroom. Links can be found in the menu on the left-side of MyCSU. Maintenance requests may be submitted online. Residents must register for an account in order to submit requests. Technology request may be submitted online as well. All students are responsible for reading and understanding the Student Handbook. Residents will be held to the standards as stated in this contract and the Student Handbook.
