Offeror. “Offeror” is the Person submitting an Offer; instructions addressed to “you” and references to “your” items are to be construed as being synonymous with “Offeror” and “Offeror’s” throughout these Instructions to Offerors.

Offeror. IDENTIFICATION

Offeror. The physical address and contact details as set out for the Offeror in the Information Schedule and Consent Form.

Offeror. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Offeror hereby covenants to: (a) use its reasonable commercial efforts to successfully complete the Offer, including diligently pursuing all requisite regulatory approvals; (b) co-operate with the Sellers and the Corporation in making all requisite regulatory filings, and giving evidence in relation thereto, and to provide copies of all written documents and submissions and responses with respect thereto in connection with regulatory proceedings; and (c) provide copies of drafts of the Offer to the Corporation, in order to provide them with an opportunity to comment.

Offeror. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Offeror hereby covenants to: (a) use its reasonable commercial efforts to successfully complete the Offer, including diligently pursuing all requisite regulatory approvals; (b) co-operate with the Sellers and the Corporation in making all requisite regulatory filings, and giving evidence in relation thereto, and to provide copies of all written documents and submissions and responses with respect thereto in connection with regulatory proceedings; (c) provide copies of drafts of the Offer to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Cossette on behalf of the Sellers in order to provide them with an opportunity to comment; and (d) use its reasonable commercial efforts to file with the Director of Investigation and Research appointed under the COMPETITION ACT (Canada) the notice required under Section 123 of said act prior to the expiry of the delay referred to in Section 1.1 hereof, notwithstanding the fact that the Offer may have been made prior thereto.

Offeror. An entity that submits a Proposal in response to this RFP.

Offeror. A person who offers Waste as defined in 49 CFR 172. The Offeror is responsible for pre-transportation functions required under 49 CFR. (f) Packaged Waste is Waste in a DoT compliant shipping container that Client tenders to Philotechnics for Transportation to Philotechnics facilities.
