ODOT. In consideration for the services performed, ODOT agrees to pay ClTY a maximum amount of $400,000. Said maximum amount shall include reimbursement for a portion of the cost and expenses incurred in the purchase and implementation of the system.
ODOT. OES will submit an electronic version of the coordination package to ODNR via e- mail. ODNR will review and submit to NPS. The NPS will then review and provide approval and/or comments to ODNR via e-mail, with copy to ODOT. The review and approval of any submittal will take 30 calendar days per agency. ODOT-OES may submit consultation packages to both ODNR and NPS for a concurrent 30 calendar day review where warranted. The 30 calendar day review period may be shortened or lengthened on a case-by-case basis as long as the Agencies are in agreement. ODOT-OES shall make a concurrent review request by e-mail to ODNR, and NPS. FHWA shall be copied on these requests. A summary of the consultation and coordination shall be included in the NEPA document prepared for a project that involves a Section 6(f) property.

ODOT. ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit has the responsibility to ensure the correct funding levels are identified through working with FHWA and FTA. Any changes to Processes will be communicated initially through the quarterly meetings between ODOT, MPOs, FHWA, and FTA. If more immediate action is necessary, ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit will contact those affected either by phone or email.
ODOT. ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit is the lead agency for administration of the STIP financial plan. ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit will ensure that all federal funds used within the state are programmed in the STIP and accounted for and that the STIP captures any project activity related to federal funds or regionally significant projects. ODOT shall program funds to projects in a manner that maintains financial constraint and is consistent with federal regulations.
ODOT. ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit will reconcile funds to the FHWA’s FMIS through transactions that are posted. These transactions will be captured in the ODOT’s STIP financial plan and made available monthly to MPO. Information in the financial plan will include all fund activities of authorizations, apportionments/appropriations, limitations, rescissions, and revenue aligned budget authority.
ODOT. ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit shall reconcile the STIP financial plan on a monthly basis and make it available to the MPO. MPO will be notified of the availability of the updated STIP financial plan. ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit shall also provide FMIS information upon request, to enable MPO to track the funding and obligation status of federally funded projects. In addition, ODOT’s Active Transportation Section, Program and Funding Services Unit will be available for any other issues/questions via telephone, email and in person during regular business hours.
ODOT. ODOT will engage the other Parties to this Agreement in its activities relating to financial plan development and maintenance, and development of the annual listing of obligated projects as set forth in this Agreement. ODOT will communicate early and in good faith, such that affected Parties have the opportunity to influence the final outcome or decisions.
