Noxious Weeds. Xxxxxx agrees to use diligence to prevent noxious weeds from going to seed on the property. Repairs Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx agree to the following:

Noxious Weeds. Hand removal or spot spraying of noxious weeds included on the Washington State Noxious Weed List as a Class A, B or C weed on shorelands outside of steep or unstable slope areas is allowed.
Noxious Weeds. Prior to delivery of the Patent, Purchaser shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that all equipment, vehicles, and materials are free of noxious weeds and noxious weed seeds prior to entering the Property or other trust lands. Purchaser shall monitor the Property for the growth of noxious weeds and take reasonable measures to control the growth of noxious weeds on the Property. The Tenant shall keep weeds and grass cut and managed on the fields, roadsides and fencerows. Treatment and cost of treating weed infestations shall be the responsibility of the Tenant. Furthermore, Tenant shall not plant, cultivate, or otherwise permit the growth on the premises of plants deemed “invasive” by the State of Connecticut pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-381b.

Noxious Weeds. LESSEE Obligations. LESSEE shall cooperate with LESSOR or any other agency authorized to undertake programs for the control and eradication of noxious weeds. LESSEE shall take measures to control noxious weeds on the Leased Premises in accordance with Title 22, Chapter 24, Idaho Code.
Noxious Weeds. Lessee shall be responsible for the control of noxious weeds and Bull Thistle not native to the leased area and growing within twenty-five (25) feet of any or all wind turbines, junction boxes, transformers, and any other equipment, as well as all service and access roads installed by the Lessee. Within seventy-two (72) hours after being notified by the Owner that vegetation which is listed on the Noxious Weed and Bull Thistle List of the State Department of Agriculture is present as described above, Lessee shall physically remove or treat such vegetation with an appropriate herbicide.
Noxious Weeds. The resource will arrive at the incident or designated inspection point washed and free of noxious weed seeds.
