No Viruses. You agree that you will not use, nor allow others to use, your account to intentionally transmit computer “viruses,” or other harmful software programs and that you will use your best efforts to prevent the unintentional transmission of such viruses or other harmful software programs.
No Viruses. Customer will not introduce any viruses into the System through the Customer Materials or otherwise.
No Viruses. Each of Mortgage Services and GEMH shall take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that no Viruses or similar items are coded or introduced into the GEMH Services or the Information Systems of Mortgage Services, GEMH or any of their respective Affiliates. If a Virus is found to have been introduced into the GEMH Services or any Information Systems of any Party or its Affiliates, Mortgage Services and GEMH shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and to diligently work together to eliminate the effects of such Virus.
No Viruses. Grass Valley will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify that upon delivery to Licensee, the Software does not contain any of the most commonly known Viruses. However, Licensee is solely responsible for virus scanning the Software and Grass Valley does not provide any warranty that the Software will be free from any form of viruses.
No Viruses. Developer represents and warrants to Carrier that each BREW Application developed by Developer will be free from (i) viruses and code that might disrupt, disable, harm, erase the memory of, or otherwise impede the operation, features or functions of any software, firmware, hardware, wireless device, computer system or' network, or (ii) code that would permit Developer or any third party to access the BREW Application to cause the disablement or impairment of the BREW Application or a BREW Device. In the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty, Developer will be liable and responsible for all losses, costs, expenses and damages, including, without limitation, the cost of recalling BREW Devices.
No Viruses. NTI represents and warrants to Cadence that the NTI ---------- Product Components, as delivered by NTI to Cadence under this Agreement, will not contain any computer software code, routines, or devices (other than as set forth in the documentation accompanying such software or code) designed to alter, disable, damage, erase, or impair the use of software or data without the user's knowledge and consent, and that NTI will use commercially reasonable efforts, including the use of commercially available virus detection software, to ensure that the media on which the NTI Product Components are delivered to Cadence do not contain any such code.
No Viruses. To the knowledge of Genentech and its Affiliates, any Neoepitope Prediction Algorithm within the Genentech IP as of the Execution Date does not contain or incorporate any code, lock, authorization key, disabling code, or similar device or code that is intended to impair, disable or otherwise impede the operation of software or hardware or any “back door,” “time bomb,” “Trojan horse,” “drop-dead device,” “virus” or other software routines or code or hardware components designed to permit unauthorized access, to send information to a Third Party(ies) without the user’s consent, to disable or erase software, hardware or data, or to contaminate, corrupt, or damage information technology systems or architecture or to perform any other similar actions.
No Viruses. Each Party covenants to the other Party that such Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that there are no Viruses or similar malicious coding in any software provided or used by such Party in connection with the Services. Vendor agrees that, if a Virus is found to have been introduced into such software from any source, Vendor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to eliminate the Virus, at Vendor’s expense if such Virus was introduced into its systems, intentionally or not, by Vendor or any of its employees or subcontractors.

Extension Developer represents and warrants to Application Developer that each BREW Extension developed by Extension Developer will be free from (i) viruses and code that might disrupt, disable, harm, erase the memory of, or otherwise impede the operation, features or functions of any software, firmware, hardware, wireless device, computer system or network, or (ii) code that would permit Extension Developer or any third party to access the BREW Extension to cause the disablement or impairment of the BREW Extension or a BREW Device. In the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty, Extension Developer will be liable and responsible for all losses, costs, expenses and damages, including, without limitation, the cost of recalling BREW Devices.
No Viruses. Licensor warrants that the Licensor Software shall not contain any viruses, time bombs, worm, drop dead device, Trojan horse or other contaminant or self propagating program or disabling device designed to disable, erase, destroy, damage, alter or render useless or ineffective, or otherwise harm the Licensor Software, the Combined Products or any other software, hardware, networks, systems or data with which the Combined Product process, connect to, run on, or interoperate with.
