No Rights as Unitholder. The Participant shall not have any rights as a Unitholder of the Partnership, including the right to any cash distributions (except as provided in Paragraph 5), or the right to vote, with respect to any Phantom Units.
No Rights as Unitholder. Neither Participant nor any person claiming by, through or under Participant with respect to the Restricted Units or DERs shall have any rights as a unitholder of the Partnership (including, without limitation, voting rights) unless and until the Restricted Units vest and are settled by the issuance of Units.
No Rights as Unitholder. Except to the limited extent provided in Section 4, no Employee (nor any beneficiary) shall have any of the rights or privileges of a unitholder or member of Holdings with respect to any Deferred Units (or settlement thereof), unless and until certificates representing Class A Units in settlement of Deferred Units shall have been issued and recorded on the records of Holdings or its transfer agents or registrars.
No Rights as Unitholder. Except as otherwise provided herein, a Participant shall have none of the rights of a unitholder with respect to Units covered by any Award unless and until the Participant becomes the record owner of such Units.
No Rights as Unitholder. Neither Participant nor any person claiming by, through or under Participant with respect to the Restricted Units or DERs shall have any rights as a unitholder of NuStar Energy L.P. (including, without limitation, voting rights) unless and until the Restricted Units vest and are settled by the issuance of Units.
No Rights as Unitholder. The Participant shall not have the right to vote with respect to any Phantom Units or otherwise have any rights as a unitholder with respect thereto. This Grant shall not create or be construed to create a trust or separate fund of any kind or a fiduciary relationship between the Company or an Affiliate and the Participant or any other person. To the extent that any person acquires a right to receive payments from the Company or an Affiliate pursuant to this Grant, such right shall be no greater than the right of any unsecured general creditor of the Company.
No Rights as Unitholder. A Warrant does not entitle the Registered Holder thereof to any of the rights of a unitholder of the Company, including, without limitation, the right to receive dividends, or other distributions, exercise any preemptive rights to vote or to consent or to receive notice as unitholders in respect of the meetings of unitholders or the election of managers of the Company or any other matter, or any rights under the Company LLC Agreement.
No Rights as Unitholder. The Participant shall not have the right to vote with respect to any Bonus Units or otherwise have any rights as a Partnership unitholder with respect thereto.

Neither Participant nor any person claiming by, through or under Participant with respect to the Phantom Units or DERs shall have any rights as a unitholder of the Company (including, without limitation, voting rights) unless and until the Phantom Units vest and are settled by the issuance of Units.
No Rights as Unitholder. The Service Provider shall not have any rights as a Unitholder of the Partnership, including the right to any cash distributions, or the right to vote, with respect to any Performance Units.
