No Property Interest Created. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to create or shall be construed as creating in Agent any property interest in or to the property.
No Property Interest Created. This Agreement is a service contract and does not grant, and Customer shall not assert, any right, interest, or lien upon the property or assets of PanAmSat, including any satellite or related equipment which it may own.
No Property Interest Created. Any rights created by this Agreement are contractual rights. This Agreement does not create and shall not be construed to create or convey any property interest, including any covenant, easement or servitude, in the real property of any Signatory.
No Property Interest Created. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to create or shall be construed as creating in Managing Company any property interest in the Business. The Managing Company shall have no authority to convey or otherwise transfer, pledge or encumber any property or asset of the Business of the Owner, except in the ordinary course of business.
No Property Interest Created. This Agreement does not grant, and Customer shall not assert, any property right or interest in or to, or lien upon, the property or assets of PanAmSat, including, but not limited to, Customer's Transponder Capacity, any PanAmSat satellite and/or any component(s) thereof and/or any related equipment (collectively, the "PanAmSat Assets"). Without prejudice to and/or waiver of the protection of the PanAmSat Assets provided for in the preceding sentence, Customer hereby grants to PanAmSat, as security for the obligations of Customer under this Agreement, a first priority security interest in any property right, title or interest of any kind which Customer may be deemed to have in and/or to all or any part of the PanAmSat Assets and/or any and all proceeds thereof.
No Property Interest Created. The Agreement does not grant, and Customer shall not assert, any right, interest, or lien upon the property or assets of XXXXXX XXXXX, including, but not limited to, any XXXXXX XXXXX-Provided Facilities.
No Property Interest Created. The Ancillary Rights afforded to the Contractor and Contractor Related Parties shall not confer nor be deemed to confer upon the Contractor or Contractor Related Parties a right of ownership, a lease, a licence or any other interest in any of the Project Facilities other than a right of access, egress and occupancy for purposes specified.
No Property Interest Created. This Agreement does not grant, and Customer shall not assert, any property right or interest in or to, or lien upon, the property or assets of Intelsat, including, but not limited to, Customer’s Transponder Capacity, any Intelsat satellite and/or any component(s) thereof and/or any related equipment (collectively, the “Intelsat Assets”). Without prejudice to and/or waiver of the protection of the Intelsat Assets provided for in the preceding sentence, Customer hereby grants to Intelsat, as security for the obligations of Customer under this Agreement, a first priority security interest in any property right, title or interest of any kind which Customer may be deemed to have in and/or to all or any part of the Intelsat Assets and/or any and all proceeds thereof. Such security interest shall remain in effect until Customer has paid the Fixed Service Fee in full.
No Property Interest Created. The Agreement is a service contract and does not grant, and Customer shall not assert, any property interest in or to, or lien upon, the property or assets of Intelsat, including but not limited to, the Satellite and/or any component(s) thereof and/or any Intelsat-Provided Facilities (collectively, the “Intelsat Assets”). Without prejudice to and/or waiver of the protection of Intelsat provided for in the preceding sentence, Customer hereby grants to Intelsat, as security for the obligations of Customer under the Agreement, a first priority security interest in any property right, title or interest of any kind which Customer may be deemed to have in and/or to all or any part of the Intelsat Assets and/or any and all proceeds thereof.
No Property Interest Created. No interest in real or personal property, including water rights, is created by this Agreement.
