No High Risk Use. The Software is not fault tolerant. The Software is not designed or intended for use in any situation where failure or fault of any kind of the Software could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage (“High Risk Use”). Customer is not licensed to use the Software for use in, or in conjunction with High Risk Use. High Risk Use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. High Risk Use includes for example, the following: aircraft or other modes of human transportation, nuclear or chemical facilities, and Class III medical devices under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act unless: (i) use of the Software in Class III medical devices has been specifically reviewed and approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for marketing in the United States; or (ii) the medical device is intended for marketing outside the United States and is identical in technology and labeling to such approved United States version.
No High Risk Use. You may not use the Services or any Licensor Products in any situation where failure or fault of the Services or Licensor Products could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to physical or environmental damage. For example, you may not use, or permit any other person to use, the Services or Licensor Products in connection with aircraft or other modes of human mass transportation, nuclear or chemical facilities, or Class III medical devices under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

The Services are not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe controls, including without limitation operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation/communication systems, air traffic control, and life support or weapons systems. The Services shall not be used for or in any HIGH-RISK environment.

You may not use the Services in any situation where failure or fault of the Services could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to physical or environmental damage. Customer may not use the Microsoft Products in any application or situation where the Microsoft Products’ failure could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person or to severe physical or environmental damage (“High Risk Use”). Examples of High Risk Use include, but are not limited to: aircraft or other modes of human mass transportation; nuclear or chemical facilities; life support systems; implantable medical equipment; motor vehicles; or weaponry systems. High Risk Use does not include utilization of Microsoft Products for administrative purposes, to store configuration data, as engineering and/or configuration tools, or for other non-control applications the failure of which would not result in death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. These non-controlling applications may communicate with the applications that perform the control but must not be directly or indirectly responsible for the control function; and

The Windows Embedded 7 Standard operating system is not designed or intended for any use in any computing device where failure or fault of any kind of the Windows Embedded 7 Standard operating system could reasonably be seen to lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Use"). Xerox is not licensed to use, distribute, or sublicense the use of the Windows Embedded 7 Standard operating system in High Risk Use. High Risk Use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No High Risk Use. You may not use Xxxxxxx Hosting Services in any situation where failure or fault of the hosting services could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to physical or environmental damage. For example, you may not use, or permit any other person to use, Xxxxxxx Hosting Services in connection with aircraft or other modes of human mass transportation, nuclear or chemical facilities, or medical life support devices.
No High Risk Use. You may not use the Certificate Services or your Certificate in connection with any information technology where the failure of the technology might result in death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage, such as controlling aircraft or other modes of human mass transportation, nuclear or chemical facilities, life support systems, implantable medical equipment, motor vehicles, and weaponry systems.
No High Risk Use. You acknowledge and agree that (i) the App is not designed to be used for the operation of or within a High Risk System if the functioning of the High Risk System is dependent on the proper functioning of the App and (ii) the outcome from any processing of data through the use of the App is beyond Siemens’ control. You will indemnify Siemens against any third party claims, damages, fines and cost (including attorney’s fees and expenses) relating in any way to any use of an App for the operation of or within a High Risk System.
