No Future Employment. Executive understands that his/her employment with the Company and its Related Entities will irrevocably end as of the Termination Date and will not be resumed at any time in the future. Executive agrees that he/she will not apply for, seek or accept employment by the Company and its Related Entities at any time, unless invited to do so by the Company and its Related Entities.
No Future Employment. Except for Participant’s employment under the FTTRP, the University shall have no obligation to employ Participant in any capacity presently or at any time in the future. Except for Participant’s employment under the FTTRP, Participant shall be prohibited from applying for or otherwise seeking or accepting any employment at the University or any of its divisions, units, departments, or other entities, and Participant agrees that Participant will not engage in such conduct. Participant covenants not to bring any action, suit, administrative or other legal proceeding against the University or any of the other Releasees on account of a refusal to consider Participant for employment or to employ Participant in any capacity whatsoever in the future except for Participant’s employment under the FTTRP, and waives any and all such rights or claims to the fullest extent permitted by law. Participant further agrees that should Participant inadvertently apply for or obtain employment by the University or any of its divisions, units, departments, or other entities, Participant will immediately withdraw any such application or resign such employment upon learning that Participant has applied for such employment or has become so employed.
No Future Employment. Executive agrees that Executive waives any right to reinstatement or future employment with the Company Parties, although the Company Parties may waive this provision if they wish to employ Executive in the future.
No Future Employment. Executive shall not seek future employment with Employer or any subsidiary or affiliated entity, each of which shall be absolutely privileged to reject any such application and to rescind or conclude any employment offered or entered into contrary to this provision.
No Future Employment. Cxxxxxx agrees that BES has no obligation, contractual or otherwise, to employ Cxxxxxx as an employee of BES in the future. Cxxxxxx hereby waives any right to future employment as an employee of BES.
No Future Employment. You agree to waive and release forever any right or rights you may have to employment with the Company, at any time in the future, and agree not to seek or make application for employment with the Company. You further agree that if you seek any such employment, a rejection of your application or inquiry will not constitute a breach of this Agreement or a violation of law in any manner whatsoever.
No Future Employment. Employee agrees that Employer shall not be in any way obligated to offer employment to Employee or to hire him for any reason, regardless of the circumstances, at any time on or after the date of this Agreement. Employee acknowledges that any such application for employment may be denied and agrees to waive any and all claims arising out of or related to his application and/or the denial of such employment.
No Future Employment. You understand that, as provided in Paragraph 8 -------------------- of the Agreement, your employment with Amgen and all related or affiliated companies will terminate forever on the Termination Date and you promise never to seek employment with Amgen or its related or affiliated companies in the future. If your employment is not terminated by Amgen for a Stated Reason, Amgen shall treat this termination as a resignation on its records. You acknowledge and agree that the Agreement, together with this General Release, contemplates your termination from Amgen on the Termination Date, and that the release in Paragraph 1 of this General Release shall cover your entire employment with Amgen and the termination of that employment. On the day after the Termination Date, you and Amgen each promise to execute and be bound by a second General Release which contains all of the provisions set forth in this General Release and which reconfirms each party's release of such claims as of the Termination Date.
No Future Employment. The Parties agree that, due to irreconcilable differences, May shall have no right to future employment with AWC or any of its affiliates, and will not apply for employment or otherwise seek engagement or contact with AWC or any of its affiliates in the future.
