The Custodian has not noted any material exceptions on an Exception Report (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or the Lender's security interest, granted by the Borrower, in the Mortgage Loan.

Other than as noted by the Custodian on the Exception Report; no Exception exists (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) with respect to the Loan which would materially adversely affect the Loan or Buyer’s security interest, granted by Seller, in the Loan as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.
No Exception. Custodian has not noted any material Exceptions on a Custodial Loan Transmission with respect to the Loan which would materially adversely affect the Loan or Buyer’s interest in the Loan.
No Exception. No document deficiency exists with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or Buyer’s ownership and/or security interest granted by Seller in the Mortgage Loan as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.
No Exception. The Custodian has not noted any material exceptions on an Asset Schedule with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Purchased Mortgage Loan or Buyer’s interest in the Purchased Mortgage Loan.
No Exception. Other than as noted by the Mortgage Loan Custodian to Buyer; no Exception (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Custodial and Disbursement Agreement) exists with respect to the Mortgage Loan that has not been waived by Buyer.

Other than as noted by the Custodian on the Exception Report and other than with respect to any Wet Loan, no Material Exception exists (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or the Lender's security interest, granted by the Borrower, in the Mortgage Loan as determined by the Lender in its sole discretion.

Custodian has not noted any material exceptions on a Seller Asset Schedule and Exception Report (as defined in the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement) with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially and adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or Buyer’s ownership of the Mortgage Loan, unless consented to by Buyer;

Except as disclosed in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Custodial Agreement, Custodian has not noted any material exceptions on a Mortgage Loan Schedule or the related exceptions report issued pursuant to the Custodial Agreement with respect to the Underlying Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Underlying Mortgage Loan or Buyer’s interest in the Underlying Mortgage Loan.
