No Disability. Employee agrees that he has not sustained any disabling personal injury and/or occupational disease which has resulted in a loss of wage-earning capacity during his employment with the Company or due to the termination of his employment and that he has no personal injury and/or occupational disease which has been contributed to, or aggravated or accelerated in a significant manner, by his employment with the Company and/or the termination of his employment.
No Disability. Vendor certifies and agrees that it is under no contractual or other disability which would prevent it from complying with all pertinent laws and regulations.
No Disability. Subrecipient certifies and agrees that it is under no contractual or other disability which would prevent it from complying with all pertinent laws and regulations.

Xxxxxx acknowledges that, to the best of his knowledge, he has not sustained any disabling personal injury and/or occupational disease which has resulted in a loss of wage earning capacity during his employment with the Company or due to the separation from that employment and that he has no personal injury and/or occupational disease which has been contributed to, or aggravated or accelerated in a significant manner by his employment with the Company and/or the separation from that employment.
No Disability. They are not under any disability, restriction, or prohibition, whether legal, contractual, or otherwise, which shall prevent them from performing or adhering to any of their obligations under this Agreement, and have not entered into and shall not enter into any agreement that may violate this Agreement or adversely affect the performance of this Agreement;
No Disability. Contractor certifies and agrees that it is under no contractual or other disability which would prevent it from complying with all pertinent laws and regulations.
No Disability. Jxxxxxx and MxXxxx each have the power to enter into and perform their respective obligations under this Agreement, and neither is under any disability which would affect the enforceability of this Agreement.
No Disability. As of the date of this Agreement, PURCHASER is not and will not be under any legal disability to enter into and perform this Agreement and, at all times from the date of this Agreement until the Closing, PURCHASER shall have the full power and authority to perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement.

As of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date, SELLER is not and will not be under legal disability to enter into and perform this Agreement and, at all times from the date of this Agreement until the Closing, SELLER shall have the full power and authority to perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement.
No Disability. Johnson and McNeil each have the power to enter intx xxx xerforx xxxxr respective obligations under this Agreement, and neither is under any disability which would affect the enforceability of this Agreement.
