New Residents. From another province are eligible for coverage after a statutory waiting period of the remainder of the month of arrival plus two (2) months.
New Residents. The term of this Lease shall commence on August 1, 2018, and continue until May 31, 2019, at which time it shall expire unless it is renewed by written agreement of both parties. If the Resident fails to vacate the Premises on or before the expiration date of the Lease set forth above, Mines shall have the right to evict the Resident. If Mines chooses not to evict the Resident, they shall be considered a holdover tenant during this period and shall be liable for the payment of rent on a month-to-month basis at the rate set forth herein, or at a higher rate specified by Mines pursuant to paragraph 3 below. Maximum length of stay in any Mines Park unit for any Resident shall not exceed three (3) years without the express written consent of the Director of Housing and Residence Life, or designee and Residence Life. The Resident will be required to provide Mines with a decision of renewal of the lease for the following academic year by March 1, 2019.
New Residents. For new residents beginning fall 2006 or spring 2007, the acceptance fee paid upon acceptance of admission includes a $125 housing prepayment and a one-time $10 non-refundable processing fee. Residents who have not paid this fee will be billed through their university accounts. This prepayment is applied to spring room fees. Cancellation of the contract after May 1 for a contract that begins the fall semester will result in loss of the prepayment. For contracts that begin the spring semester, cancellation of the contract after November 1 will result in loss of the prepayment.
New Residents. 1. A Contract beginning with the Fall Semester may be canceled by written request delivered by July 1, 2023. A Contract beginning with the Spring Semester may be canceled by written request delivered by January 2, 2024. After these dates, the applicant must cancel the Contract by delivering written notice prior to the scheduled commencement date of the applicable Contract Term and a $500.00 cancellation fee will be due.
New Residents. List your choices (1, 2, 3 etc.) in the order of preference.
New Residents. Your first Rent Installment is due 7/25/2020 to secure your Move-in Date Assignment. The remaining Rent Installments shall be paid by Resident on or before the first day of each subsequent calendar month without demand, offset, or deduction until all Rent Installments have been paid to the Community at the business office or such other place as Owner shall designate. Your Resident Life Fee and other Initial Fees & Deposits due under the Lease Agreement are due before your Move-In Date. 12/2/19
New Residents. If you did not live on campus for the Fall semester and cancel a housing contract prior to the first day of classes for the Spring semester, your Spring housing charges will be removed and you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
New Residents. Cancellations received by June 30 result in a full refund of the housing deposit; cancellations received between July 1 and August 15 result in a half refund.
New Residents are those individuals who have not previously contracted for housing and/or lived on-campus. Also included are those individuals who experienced a two-semester gap in on-campus residency that was not due to waiver.
New Residents. 🞝 The new resident who wish to cancel this contract will not be assessed a severance fee provided a written request is submitted to the Office of Residence Life prior to August 26, 2015 for the fall or January 22, 2016 for the spring semester. 🞝 If the resident cancels this contract on or after the new student check-in process begin, he/she will be assessed a $300.00 severance fee. 🞝 If the resident cancels this contract once classes have begun, he/she will be responsible for the entire cost of the room. A Contract Release Request Form must be submitted to the Office of Residence Life, if the resident no longer wishes to remain in this contract.
