In advance of initiating a Send Transaction Robinhood will provide to me an estimate of the Network Fees required for the relevant Cryptocurrency network to process my transaction within a reasonable amount of time, as determined solely by Robinhood (the “Estimated Network Fees”). I understand that the Estimated Network Fees may vary depending on network congestion or other network issues, which are outside of Robinhood’s control. Robinhood will pay the Estimated Network Fees for Send Transactions on my behalf and will pass on the Estimated Network Fees to me, and because of this the amount received by the Recipient Wallet Address will be decreased by these Estimated Network Fees. I understand that I will be responsible for paying any network fees associated with Receive Transactions and that the amount credited to my RHC Account following the completion of a Receive Transaction will also be net of any network fees paid to facilitate the transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, I understand that Robinhood does not set and is not able to control the network or miner’s fees associated with any Send or Receive Transaction on a given Cryptocurrency network.
