Negotiating Sessions. The parties shall confer concerning the time and place of the initial negotiating session. The time and place of each subsequent session shall be established before any session is concluded, or, if necessary, by mutual agreement thereafter.
Negotiating Sessions. Negotiating sessions will be scheduled for a date and time jointly agreed upon. Either party may cancel with proper notice in time to notify all members of the negotiating team. Meetings shall be at a prearranged location that has been agreed to by both negotiating committees.
Negotiating Sessions. The Association and the Board pledge that their representatives shall have the power and authority to make proposals, consider proposals and make counterproposals. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between the officially designated representatives.
Negotiating Sessions. The exchange of a complete package of proposals/issues will occur at the initial meeting. After the initial meeting, no new items may be added to the agenda by either party, unless by mutual agreement. All negotiating sessions shall be conducted in executive session, exclusively between said representatives unless the parties mutually agree to waive this provision. A mutually agreeable time, date, and place of each subsequent session will be established prior to the conclusion of each session.
Negotiating Sessions. Negotiating sessions shall be conducted outside the normal work day, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
Negotiating Sessions. A. Negotiations shall be conducted on the Agency’s premises. The Agency shall notify the Union orally at the close of each negotiating session of the location of the next session.

Negotiating Sessions. The City or its designee(s) shall meet at mutually convenient times with the Union negotiating committee. The Union negotiating committee shall consist of not more than three (3) members selected by the Union. Employees participating in Union-City negotiation sessions shall be permitted to do so without prejudice to their compensation, subject to advance notice to the City of the nature, purpose and extent of the session. Before and after a negotiation session, bargaining team members must seek and obtain prior approval from their immediate supervisors to meet with Union representatives and other bargaining team members. The immediate supervisor will not unreasonably refuse to grant permission. In no event shall these meetings exceed one and a half (1 ½) hours total.
Negotiating Sessions. 3.041 The parties shall hold their first negotiating session not later than eighty (80) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed. The date, time, and place of the session shall be arranged in advance by the College and the Association. A negotiating meeting shall not adjourn until a date, time and place for the next session has been established.
Negotiating Sessions. Time and dates for negotiating sessions shall be mutually agreed upon. Up to three six (36) on- duty FOP representatives shall be permitted to attend negotiating sessions without loss of pay or benefits if they were otherwise scheduled to work.
