Mutually Drafted. The parties stipulate and agree that this Agreement and the language used in this Agreement are the product of both Parties efforts in consultation with their attorneys and each Party hereto hereby irrevocably waives the benefit of any rule of contract construction which disfavors the drafter of an Agreement.
Mutually Drafted. No party shall be entitled to any presumption or construction in such party's favor as a result of any party assuming the burden of memorializing all parties' agreement or any part thereof.
Mutually Drafted. The parties hereto acknowledge that the drafting of this Agreement is a mutual effort among the parties and their counsel and that this Agreement is not to be construed against any party or group of parties as the drafter.
