Monthly Commitment. Customer must maintain a Minimum Monthly Commitment Level (“MMCL”) of Service. MMCL shall be defined as the dollar amount specific to this Service contained within the executed Purchase Agreement. Should Customer’s use of the Service drop below the MMCL during the contract term, Customer will be billed and obligated to pay at minimum the Monthly Charge contained within the executed Purchase Agreement. Increases in service quantities may be made at any time. Changes in the MMCL are allowed within 30 days of the install date. After 30 days, monthly xxxxxxxx cannot drop below this amount for the duration of the contract.
Monthly Commitment. (a) During each of the first five (5) months of the Agreement Customer shall have no minimum usage requirements.
Monthly Commitment. After a twelve (12) month Ramp Period during each monthly period of the Service Term, Customer's Monthly Usage shall mean Customer's domestic interstate usage of the MCI services in Attachment 1 (hereinafter "Interstate Services") calculated at the rates set forth in Attachment 1, but not including any applicable taxes (and gross receipts taxes) and tax-related surcharges on Interstate Services. Monthly Usage also includes intrastate usage of the MCI services in Attachment 1 at standard tariff rates (hereinafter "Intrastate Services"). In addition, Monthly usage shall be calculated after application of the MCI PRISM I Service Credit and MCI Toll Free DAL Services Credit in Paragraph 2.(a)2) and 2.(b)2) in Attachment 1. Interstate Services, International Services and Intrastate Services are collectively hereinafter "MCI Services". The rates for all other MCI products and services not explicitly contained within this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable MCI Tariff or applicable state tariff.
Monthly Commitment. The monthly variance of SMIC’s Contract Wafer capacity may vary by [*******] of the Firmly Forecast Orders for a given month without incurring any penalty (“Monthly Variance”). If the Monthly Variance exceeds [*******], SMIC shall pay Spansion, in the case of a shortfall of supply, [*******] of the then current Contract Wafer price set forth in the Product Supplement for the amount of Contract Wafers by which the Monthly Variance exceeds [*******] Firmly Forecast Orders. In addition, the Monthly Variance shall be made up during the remaining months in the applicable quarter, or the provisions of Section 10.3(a) shall also apply for the applicable quarter. Monthly Commitment. (a) During each monthly billing period of the Service Term (as defined in Paragraph 15 below), Customer's Monthly Usage shall equal or exceed [______________________________] per month ("Monthly Commitment"). MCI CONFIDENTIAL As a part of Customer's Monthly Commitment, each Member shall have the individual Monthly Usage Commitments associated with each Member's name in Exhibit A (Member Monthly Commitment (s). Monthly Usage shall mean Customer's usage of: (i) MCI Carrier Network Service, MCI Carrier Operator Service, domestic interstate MCI PRISM I Service, MCI 800 DAL Service, MCI Feature Card Service, MCI Directory Assistance, MCI Terrestrial Digital Service 1.5 ("TDS 1.5"), MCI Terrestrial Digital Service-45 ("TDS-45") and MCI Digital Private Line Service ("DS-0 Service")) (hereinafter "MCI Services") at the rates in Paragraphs 4 and 7 below or if no rates for MCI Services listed herein are set forth, then at standard tariffed rates after application of tariffed discounts, but not including any applicable taxes (and gross receipts taxes) and tax-related surcharges on MCI Services; (ii) International PRISM I Service and International 800 DAL Service at the rates in Exhibit E (hereinafter "International Services"); and (iii) intrastate MCI Services at standard tariffed rates after application of any applicable tariffed discounts (hereinafter "Intrastate Services"). For these services listed above, the charges for Telefonica Larga Distancia de'Puerto Rico, Inc. (including those under an agreement between TLD and MCI dated June 9, 1994) shall count.

Monthly Commitment. (a) During each monthly billing period of the Service Term, after a four (4) month ramp-up period ("Ramp Period"), Customer's Monthly Usage shall equal or exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per month ("Monthly Commitment").
Monthly Commitment. The fees specified herein are based on Customer’s commitment to achieve at least the number of Concurrent Users per month as identified in the Monthly Commitment. The Monthly Commitment applies to the Platform Services for the Channel(s) ordered and all features priced on a Concurrent User basis. Payment shall be in accordance with Section 6C of Appendix A, DIR Contract Number DIR-TSO-2986.

Monthly Commitment. If applicable, the ORDERING DOCUMENT may specify a minimum dollar payment due each month during the Term (“Monthly Commitment”), excluding any Psychoeducational Assessment minimums. A Monthly Commitment fee will not be charged for (i) the month in which Services begin, or (ii) the last month of Services. If LEA’s fees are less than the Monthly commitment, LEA will be billed the difference on a quarterly basis. For the month(s) exempt from a Monthly Commitment, LEA shall pay the total fees incurred for the month.
