Monthly Commitment. Customer must maintain a Minimum Monthly Commitment Level (“MMCL”) of Service. MMCL shall be defined as the dollar amount specific to this Service contained within the executed Purchase Agreement. Should Customer’s use of the Service drop below the MMCL during the contract term, Customer will be billed and obligated to pay at minimum the Monthly Charge contained within the executed Purchase Agreement. Increases in service quantities may be made at any time. Changes in the MMCL are allowed within 30 days of the install date. Monthly Commitment. (a) During each of the first six (6) months of the Agreement Customer shall have no minimum usage requirements.
(b) Commencing on the seventh full monthly billing period under this Agreement, during each of the next two (2) monthly billing periods, Customer's Monthly Usage shall equal or exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).
(c) For purposes of this Agreement Paragraphs 2(a) and 2(b) combined shall comprise the "Ramp Period" (as more fully described in Paragraph 14 below).

3.2.1 Customer may satisfy up to thirty percent (30%) of its Monthly Commitment through the use of MCI provided Local Loop revenue.
3.2.2 Revenue from the IOC's associated with MCI OC-3 or OC-12 point to point Private Line circuits provided to Customer under this Agreement will count towards satisfying Customer's Monthly Commitment.

Monthly Commitment. 13.1 Customer's monthly usage shall equal or exceed amounts as defined in EXHIBIT A.
13.2 BTI will rate Customer's usage at pricing schedule as per EXHIBITS B, C, E, F & H.
Monthly Commitment. The fees specified herein are based on Customer’s commitment to achieve at least the number of Concurrent Users per month as identified in the Monthly Commitment. The Monthly Commitment applies to the Platform Services for the Channel(s) ordered and all features priced on a Concurrent User basis. Monthly Usage also includes intrastate usage of the MCI services in Attachment 1 at standard tariff rates (hereinafter "Intrastate Services"). In addition, Monthly usage shall be calculated after application of the MCI PRISM I Service Credit and MCI Toll Free DAL Services Credit in Paragraph 2.(a)2) and 2.(b)2) in Attachment 1. Interstate Services, International Services and Intrastate Services are collectively hereinafter "MCI Services". The rates for all other MCI products and services not explicitly contained within this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable MCI Tariff or applicable state tariff.
Monthly Commitment. If applicable, the ORDERING DOCUMENT may specify a minimum dollar payment due each month during the Term (“Monthly Commitment”), excluding any Psychoeducational Assessment minimums. A Monthly Commitment fee will not be charged for (i) the month in which Services begin, or (ii) the last month of Services. If LEA’s fees are less than the Monthly commitment, LEA will be billed the difference on a quarterly basis. For the month(s) exempt from a Monthly Commitment, LEA shall pay the total fees incurred for the month.
