Monitor Activities. City shall have the right to monitor all Contract related activities of the Consultant and all subcontractors. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time, to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress, and to observe all the Consultant’s personnel in every phase of performance of Contract related work.

Monitor Activities c. Provide supervision of its employees, invitees, licensees and agents in the performance of CMSD’s other obligations under this Agreement.

The Customer shall have the right to monitor all activities of the CenturyLink related to this Agreement, which shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections upon reasonable prior notice during normal business hours, to bring experts and consultants (“Agents”) on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress, and to observe CenturyLik personnel in every phase of performance of Agreement related work. Where applicable, the Customer and its Agents shall comply with CenturyLink’s standard security and safety policies and procedures for facilities access.
Monitor Activities. The DEQ shall have the right to monitor all Agreement related activities of the Applicant and all contractors, subcontractors, agents and employees. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe all Applicant personnel and any contractors, subcontractors, agents and employees in every phase of performance of Agreement related work.

This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time, to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress, and to observe all Saber personnel in every phase of performance of Contract related work. The State shall provide Saber with 48 hours’ notice of its intent to visit any Saber facility where work is being performed on the Project other than Saber’s Wyoming Project Office.
