Model Release. CLIENT grants permission to PHOTOGRAPHER and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, PHOTOGRAPHER may use CLIENT’S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER’S website or other advertising. PHOTOGRAPHER may sell photos containing CLIENT’S likeness to third parties.
Model Release. Client shall permit the Studio to use images of Client from any portion of the Work for display, publication, or other promotional uses without payment of additional compensation to Client or Client’s agents. Client’s guests at the wedding shall be deemed to have consented to the use of their name, image, or likeness by Client, Studio and Photographer for the duration of the Assignment, and Client shall defend and indemnify the Studio and Photographer from and against any claims that any of Client’s guests may assert against the Studio or Photographer arising from, or related to, the use of any name, image, or likeness of Client’s guest[s] by the Studio and Photographer Client during the Assignment.
Model Release. The Client hereby assigns the Photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The Client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.
Model Release. The Bride and Groom grant the Photographers and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the bride and groom for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Bride and groom hereby release the Photographers and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Model Release. The CLIENT hereby grants to Sit N Grin and its legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT and Event guests, or in which the CLIENT and Event guests may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases Sit N Grin and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Model Release. For valuable consideration, I hereby confer on The Golden State Academy the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs and video footage that he/she has taken of my minor child in which he/she may be included with others: a) To copyright the same in “Golden State Academy” or any other name that the organization may select; b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs and videos, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion,advertising and trade, and; c) To use my name or my child’s name in connection therewith if he/she so decides. d) I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. I hereby release and discharge “The Golden State Academy” from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, images and videos, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of “The Golden State Academy” as well as the person(s) for whom he/she took the photographs and video footage. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A RELEASE, A WAIVER AND AN INDEMNIFICATION. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING IT.
Model Release. The Clients grant the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Model Release. The Bride and Groom xxxxx XX Photography and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the bride and groom for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Bride and Groom hereby release KR Photography and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In extenuating circumstances e.g. death, personal injury or sickness to the photographer (this list is not exhaustive), KR Photography reserves the right to seek to find a replacement photographer to undertake the contract. If a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. KR Photography cannot be held responsible for breach of this contract due to circumstances beyond their control. These circumstances include but are not limited to: lack of access to the venue, church / reception venue becoming unavailable, weather conditions preventing travelling etc. There is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.
Model Release. This Agreement serves as a model release giving Company the irrevocable right to use the photographs and video taken by Company at the Workshop in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. Attendee waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on the Attendee, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
Model Release. The signing of this agreement by the Clients constitutes a commercial model release by the Clients to the Supplier. The Supplier will have the right to make reproductions include but not limited to website, portfolio samples, selfpromotion, magazine editorial use, advertisement/marketing and professional competition without further release. The Supplier will not make reproductions for other commercial use without first obtaining the written permission of the Clients. Client waives the right of tort of invasion of privacy due to any reproductions.
