MINIMUM MONTHLY GUARANTEE. 1. Except as otherwise provided for in this Article 3.B., a Crew Member who is available for Work on each Day that he is scheduled for duty during the Bid Month shall be entitled to receive a Minimum Monthly Guarantee of sixty-four (64) hours of pay at his applicable hourly wage rate. A Crew Member who is scheduled as a CTI for the Bid Month and is available for Work on each Day that he is scheduled for duty during that Bid Month shall be entitled to receive a Minimum Monthly Guarantee of seventy-four (74) hours.

MINIMUM MONTHLY GUARANTEE. Where a Cabin Attendant is available for duty a full month, she shall be paid seventy-five times the applicable hourly rate. Where a Cabin Attendant assigned to operate a flight or flight sequence as a Xxxxxx, she shall be paid at her hourly rate applicable to a Xxxxxx. In no case will more than one Xxxxxx be scheduled to fly the same flight. Where a Flight Attendant operates a flight or flight sequence alone, she shall be paid at the hourly rate applicable to a Xxxxxx. In the event a Xxxxxx operates a flight or series of flights as a Flight Attendant. she shall continue to be paid her hourly rate as a Xxxxxx. In the event of an equipment downgrade requiring a lesser number of Cabin Attendants to operate the flight or flight sequence, the Xxxxxx shall have the option of operating the schedule or accepting reassignment. the event the Xxxxxx elects not to operate, and is reassigned she will be paid at the rate applicable to the reassignment and if not reassigned she will be paid at the Flight Attendant rate.
MINIMUM MONTHLY GUARANTEE a. When a Flight Attendant is not available for flight duty for a portion of a month because of leave of absence, furlough or time off without pay, her/his minimum monthly guarantee shall be prorated on the ratio that total days available for flight duty bears to total days in that month.
