Mercury. No material or finish shall contain mercury unless the use is approved by the Lessee in writing. Except for fluorescent lighting, the Lessor shall provide the Lessee a list of all equipment that contains mercury. This shall include electrical switches, thermostats, lift pumps, pilots, heaters, etc.
Mercury. The Shippers Group has advised INEOS that the Shippers Production to be tendered for delivery at the Transfer Point will contain levels of mercury of [ ] which level is in excess of the levels set out in Exhibit II and therefore the provisions of Attachment H to Section 2 of this Agreement shall apply. If at any time after the date of this Agreement, Shippers Production which is tendered for delivery at the Transfer Point contains, or is likely to contain, levels of mercury in excess of the levels set out in Exhibit II, the provisions of Paragraphs 3, 5, 9 and 10 of Attachment H to Section 2 of this Agreement shall apply.
Mercury. FREE – The equipment and/or supplies furnished under this Purchase Order shall contain no metallic mercury or mercury compounds, no mercury bearing instruments or equipment which could cause mercury contamination shall be used in the manufacture, fabrication, assembly or testing of such equipment and/or supplies, and reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure that such equipment and/or supplies are not contaminated with mercury or mercury compounds.
Mercury. The Seller guarantees that A-180/Saudi Arabia shall have a maximum of 1ppb Mercury. In view of the serious consequences to the processing facilities of receivers and end users caused by Mercury the first Seller shall test and report Mercury content in the following Excepted Product: Skikda, Algeria; Kerteh, Malaysia, A180 Ras Tanura and A310 to Asdem Asia.

Mercury. Master Sublandlord and Prime Landlord and their respective agents shall each have the right to inspect the construction of the Initial Improvements during the progress thereof, at reasonable times and without unreasonable interference with the construction of the Initial Improvements, it being the intent of the parties hereto that Mercury shall be reasonable in its inspection of the construction of the Initial Improvements and that Mercury shall recognize, to the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the necessity of field changes based on field conditions. However, neither the privilege herein granted to Mercury to make such inspections, nor the making of such inspections by Mercury, shall operate as a waiver of any rights of Mercury to require good and workmanlike construction and improvements erected in accordance with the Construction Documents, the Sub-Sublease, the Sublease and the Prime Lease.
