MENTS. The building of a freestanding hospice shall be con- structed and maintained so that it is functional for the delivery of hospice services, appropriate to the needs of the community and protects the health and safety of the patients. The provisions of this section apply to all new, remodeled and existing construction unless otherwise noted. Wherever a requirement in this section is in conflict with the applicable Life Safety Code under s. DHS 131.63, the Life Safety Code shall take precedence.

MENTS. (1) The department shall promulgate rules to provide a procedure for the collection and remittance of the producer's assessments. Seed buyers who owe producers for the transfer of seed crop or have stored for withdrawal seed crop shall be responsible for the collection of the producer's assess- ments and the remittance of the assessments collected to the department.

MENTS. All public reports, news releases, other publicity, and other materials prepared for publication pursuant to or as a result of this Contract shall acknowledge the Matagorda Bay Mitigation Trust as the funding source. Public reports or other publications, news releases, and other publicity issued by Recipient about the Mitigation Project shall be provided to Trustee.
MENTS. (1) Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Sec- retary and a designated provider, the designated pro- vider shall comply with necessary and appropriate ad- ministrative requirements established by the Secretary for other providers of health care services and require- ments established by the Secretary of Health and Human Services for risk-sharing contractors under sec- tion 1876 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395mm).
