MENTS. The building of a freestanding hospice shall be con- structed and maintained so that it is functional for the delivery of hospice services, appropriate to the needs of the community and protects the health and safety of the patients. The provisions of this section apply to all new, remodeled and existing construction unless otherwise noted. Wherever a requirement in this section is in conflict with the applicable Life Safety Code under s. DHS 131.63, the Life Safety Code shall take precedence.
MENTS. (1) The department shall promulgate rules to provide a procedure for the collection and remittance of the producer's assessments. Seed buyers who owe producers for the transfer of seed crop or have stored for withdrawal seed crop shall be responsible for the collection of the producer's assess- ments and the remittance of the assessments collected to the department.
MENTS. A member entitled to a bonus under this section who is called or ordered to active duty shall be paid, during that period of active duty, any amount of the bonus that becomes payable to the member during that period of ac- tive duty.
MENTS. A trade agreement may be entered 11 into under this subsection only if the agreement 12 fully protects the right of the United States to 13 require, in a nondiscriminatory manner, disclo- 14 sure of the country of origin of food sold in the 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. ◊
MENTS. The CDD hereby confirms its assignment to Xxxxx by the 2007 Wholesale Agreement of the right to be the retail wastewater service provider for the 2007 Developments and Xxxxx confirms its assumption of such obligations for the 2007 Developments. The CDD retains the right under the CDD Service Agreements to provide wastewater service to the 2007 Developments, but only as a wholesale provider to Xxxxx. Xxxxx confirms that the 2007 Developments have purchased and made provision for payment in full of Wastewater Service Capacity sufficient for the needs of such customers, and that no other or additional wastewater connection fee, impact fee, service availability fee, or other capital charges whatsoever (however characterized by Xxxxx) shall be due from the 2007 Developments for or on account of the provision of wastewater service.
MENTS. The Secretary of Defense shall ensure, to the maximum extent practicable, that claims submitted to the claims processing system conform to the require- ments applicable to claims submitted to the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to medical care provided under part A of title XVIII of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395c et seq.).
MENTS. The Secretary concerned may require members of the armed forces who lease housing in housing units acquired or constructed under this subchapter to make lease payments for such housing pursuant to allotments of the pay of such members under section 701 of title 37. MENTS. All public reports, news releases, other publicity, and other materials prepared for publication pursuant to or as a result of this Contract shall acknowledge the Matagorda Bay Mitigation Trust as the funding source. Public reports or other publications, news releases, and other publicity issued by Recipient about the Mitigation Project shall be provided to Trustee.
MENTS. (1) Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Sec- retary and a designated provider, the designated pro- vider shall comply with necessary and appropriate ad- ministrative requirements established by the Secretary for other providers of health care services and require- ments established by the Secretary of Health and Human Services for risk-sharing contractors under sec- tion 1876 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395mm). The Secretary and the designated provider shall deter- mine and apply only such administrative requirements as are minimally necessary and appropriate. A des- ignated provider shall not be required to comply with a law or regulation of a State government requiring li- censure as a health insurer or health maintenance or- ganization.
MENTS. Each employer and service agent shall continue to comply with the alcohol and controlled substances testing requirements under title 49, Code of Federal Regulations.
