Member Violations. If (i) you breach these Terms or our policies, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations or third party rights, (iii) you have repeatedly received poor Reviews or BoatFlex otherwise becomes aware of or has received complaints about your performance or conduct, (vi) you have repeatedly cancelled confirmed bookings or failed to respond to booking requests without a valid reason, or (vii) such action is necessary to protect the personal safety or property of BoatFlex, its Members, or third parties, BoatFlex may: • suspend or limit your access to or use of the BoatFlex Platform and/or your account; • suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content; • cancel pending or confirmed bookings; or • suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account. In case of non-material violations or where otherwise appropriate, you will be given notice of any intended measure by BoatFlex and an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless such notification would (i) prevent or impede the detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities, (ii) harm the legitimate interests of other Members or third parties, or (iii) contravene applicable laws.

For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as Airbnb determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Airbnb and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may appeal actions taken by us under this Section by contacting customer service. If a reservation is cancelled under this Section, the amount paid to the Host will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Guest, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.

Unless the breaches or violations are already addressed in the Provider Section 7, if (i) you breach these Terms, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iii) Fresh Homemade Tortillas believes it is reasonably necessary to protect Fresh Homemade Tortillas, its Members, or third parties; Fresh Homemade Tortillas may, with or without prior notice: • suspend or limit your access to or use of the Fresh Homemade Tortillas Platform and/or your account; • suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content; • cancel pending or confirmed orders; or • suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account. For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as Fresh Homemade Tortillas determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Fresh Homemade Tortillas and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may appeal actions taken by us under this Section by contacting us. If a order is cancelled under this Section, the amount paid to the Provider will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the User, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.
Member Violations. If (i) you breach these Terms or our policies, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iii) Yedding believes it is reasonably necessary to protect Yedding, its Members, or third parties or to otherwise protect the integrity and intended community standards for the Yedding Platform; Yedding may, with or without prior notice: • suspend or limit your access to or use of the Yedding Platform and/or your account; • suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content; • cancel pending or confirmed bookings; or • suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account. For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as Yedding determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Yedding and an opportunity to resolve the issue. If a reservation is cancelled under this Section, the amount paid to the Host will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Guest, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.

If (i) you breach these Terms, our Additional Legal Terms, Policies, or our Standards, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iii) SkyTrade believes it is reasonably necessary to protect SkyTrade, its Members, or third parties; SkyTrade may, with or without prior notice: ● suspend or limit your access to or use of the SkyTrade Platform and/or your account; ● suspend or remove Rental Listings or other Content; ● cancel pending or confirmed Rentals; or ● suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account. For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as SkyTrade determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by SkyTrade and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may appeal actions taken by us under this Section by contacting customer service. If a Reservation is cancelled under this Section, the amount paid to the Host will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Renter, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.

In case of non-material violations or where otherwise appropriate, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Airbnb and an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless such notification would (i) prevent or impede the detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities, (ii) harm the legitimate interests of other Members or third parties, or (iii) contravene applicable laws. 13.4

If (i) you breach these Terms, our Policies, or our Standards, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iii) Karta believes it is reasonably necessary to protect Karta, its Members, or third parties; Karta may, with or without prior notice: ● suspend or limit your access to or use of the Karta Platform and/or your account; ● suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content; ● cancel pending or confirmed bookings; or ● suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account. For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as Karta determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Xxxxx and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may appeal actions taken by us under this Section by contacting customer service. If a reservation is cancelled under this Section, the amount paid to the Host will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Guest, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.

If (i) you breach these Terms, or any other PopUP policies, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iii) PopUP believes it is reasonably necessary to protect PopUP, its Members, or third parties; PopUP may, with or without prior notice: • suspend or limit your access to or use of the PopUP Platform and/or your account; and/or • cancel pending or confirmed bookings For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as PopUP determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by PopUP and an opportunity to resolve the issue. If a booking is cancelled under this provision, the amount paid to the Cleaner will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Client, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.

Impersonate or unlawfully use another companies name to post information or conduct business of any form Obtain by any means web site member's user name and/or password Service_Exporter may, with or without prior notice: suspend or limit your access to or use of the Service_Exporter Platform and/or your account; suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content; suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account; suspend or permanent termination of membership. For minor violations or where otherwise appropriate as Service_Exporter determines in its sole discretion, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Service_Exporter and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may appeal actions taken by us under this Section by contacting customer service. If a reservation is cancelled under this Section, the amount paid to the Host will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Guest, and by any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.
