Meeting Date. The Company Special Meeting for the purpose of securing the Company Shareholders' Approval shall be held on such date as the Company and Parent shall mutually determine.

Meeting Date. The IES Special Meeting, the WPL Special Meeting and the Interstate Special Meeting shall be held on such dates as WPL, IES and Interstate shall mutually determine.

The Western Resources Meeting for the purpose of securing the Western Resources Shareholders' Approval and the KCPL Meeting for the purpose of securing the KCPL Shareholders' Approval shall be held as soon as practicable, or at such other time as KCPL and Western Resources shall mutually determine in writing.

Meeting Date. The SCANA Meeting for the purpose of securing the SCANA Shareholders' Approval and the PSNC Meeting for the purpose of securing the PSNC Shareholders' Approval shall be held on such dates as PSNC and SCANA shall mutually determine.
