Material Personal Property. All pipelines, xxxxx, gas processing plants, platforms and other material improvements, fixtures and equipment owned in whole or in part by any Borrower or any of its respective Subsidiaries that are necessary to conduct normal operations are being maintained in a state adequate to conduct normal operations, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and with respect to such of the foregoing which are operated by any Borrower or any of its respective Subsidiaries, in a manner consistent with the such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s past practices (other than those the failure of which to maintain in accordance with this Section 3.22 could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect).
