Material Litigation. Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, suits, investigations, litigation and proceedings before any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, affecting any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries of the type described in Section 4.01(f), and promptly after the occurrence thereof, notice of any material adverse change in the status or the financial effect on any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries of the Material Litigation from that described on Schedule 4.01(f) hereto.

Material Litigation. As soon as possible and in any event within five days of any of the Borrower, the Parent or any of their respective Subsidiaries having knowledge thereof, notice of any litigation, claim or any other event which could reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Change.

Material Litigation. Promptly after any Responsible Officer of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries having knowledge thereof, notice of (A) any pending or threatened litigation, claim or any other action asserting any claim or claims against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, (B) the occurrence of any mandatory prepayment event, default or event of default under the Senior Note Documents, and (C) any litigation or governmental proceeding of the type described in Section 4.8;
Material Litigation. The Borrower shall promptly give written notice to the Lender of any litigation, proceeding or dispute affecting it or any of the other Obligors if the result might, in such Borrower’s bona fide opinion, have a material adverse effect on the financial condition or operations of any of the Obligors or any of its Subsidiaries and from time to time furnish to the Lender all reasonable information requested by the Lender concerning the status of any such litigation, proceeding or dispute.
