Maintenance Charge. 9.01 Maintenance Charge - We will deduct an annual maintenance charge as shown in the Contract Schedule from the Certificate Holder's Account during the Accumulation Period. We will deduct the maintenance charge on the anniversary of the Effective Date of the Certificate for the Certificate Holder's Account. This maintenance charge is also deducted upon withdrawal of the entire Adjusted Certificate Holder's Account. The maintenance charge is deducted proportionately from each investment option used.

Maintenance Charge. The Maintenance Charge shall be assessed for a City Inmate for each Inmate Day as provided in Exhibit III, Subsection 1. The Maintenance Charge will be inflated effective January 1, 2022.
Maintenance Charge. On and from the Possession Date, and irrespective of whether the Purchaser takes actual physical possession of the Composite Unit or not, the Purchaser shall become liable to bear and pay the proportionate share of the Common Expenses mentioned in Schedule-F within 7 (seven) days of being called upon to pay the same.
Maintenance Charge. The Purchaser shall pay the Maintenance Charge from the Possession Date mentioned in Schedule-R. The rate of the Maintenance Charge at any given point of time will be fixed on the then prevailing market prices, costs and/or rates. The Maintenance Charge and all other charges that the Purchaser will be required to pay will be calculated on the Super Built-Up Area of the Unit of the Purchaser mentioned in Schedule-M. The Developer, Phase Association or the Complex Association, as the case may be, shall further be entitled to charge interest on the Default Amount or the unpaid part or portion thereof, @ 2% (two per cent) per month, compoundable monthly, till the Default Amount including damages suffered or costs incurred due to delay in making payment of the Default Amount or for realisation of the Default Amount is fully paid.
Maintenance Charge. (1) The Lessee shall pay the monthly maintenance charge of KRW56,549,590(excluding VAT) in cash through the bank designated by the Lessor on the 15th day of each month(if the 15th day falls on holidays, on the next business day).
Maintenance Charge. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as additional rent, in the manner provided in Section 3.2 a monthly maintenance charge to defray the operating cost of the Common Areas and facilities. For purposes of this paragraph, the term "operating cost of the Common Areas and facilities" means the total cost and expense incurred in operating, accounting, maintaining, administering and cleaning the Common Areas and facilities, actually used or available for use by Tenant and the employees, agents, servants, customers and invitees of Tenant, specifically including, without limitation, gardening and landscaping, the cost of public liability and property damage insurance, repairs, asphalt patching, line painting, minor roof repairs, lighting, sanitary control, removal of snow, trash rubbish, garbage and other refuse, machinery and equipment used in such maintenance, and the cost of personnel to implement such services, including the policing of and traffic control on the Common Areas and facilities. Management fees shall be limited to the lesser of Fair Market Value or five percent (5%)
Maintenance Charge. The maintenance fee shall cover all services provided hereunder, but shall not cover costs of any materials, parts, manuals, software, travel, or other disbursements as may be necessary or requested by Customer, which shall be billed to Customer as separate costs when they occur. SimpleSoftware may change the yearly maintenance fee to reflect its then-current standard fees by notice to Customer at least thirty (30) days prior to the date on which the next maintenance fee payment is due from the Customer.

Maintenance Charge. On and from the Possession Date, and irrespective of whether the Purchaser has taken actual physical possession of the Apartment or not, the Purchaser shall become liable to bear and pay the proportionate share of the Common Expenses plus an additional 20% (twenty percent) as cost of remuneration of its staff looking after the maintenance of the Towers within 7 (seven) days of being called upon to pay the same, until the maintenance is handed over to the Association. However, for the first three months from the Occupancy Certificate Date no maintenance charge will be charged.
Maintenance Charge. Tenant shall pay to Landlord maintenance charge for provision of Landlord’s Maintenance Services as described in Article 9.1 below (“Maintenance Charge”). Maintenance Charge consists of the fixed (“Fixed Maintenance Charge”) and the calculated (“Calculated Maintenance Charge”) parts.

In the event the Maintenance Charge exceeds the actual expenditure in said calendar year, the excess shall be credited against the next month's payment of Maintenance Charge. In the event the Maintenance Charge is less than the actual expenditure for said calendar year, TENANT SHALL promptly pay the excess due upon notice of the excess amount to Landlord. Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, Tenant shall not be obligated to pay any Maintenance Charge for calendar year 1996. Thereafter the Maintenance Charge shall be in accordance with this Article 6. Excluding taxes and insurance such Maintenance Expenses shall not increase by more than 6% per year on a cumulative and compounded basis with the first year being 1996. The maintenance expenses which may be included by the Landlord, in Landlord's Maintenance Expenses for purposes of calculating the Maintenance Charge shall be any and all costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the maintenance, janitorial, upkeep, providing utility services and repair of THE BUILDING AND Common Areas, including, without limitation, electricity, gas, water, and sewer for the Building and Common Areas, the landscaping and maintenance of the outdoor areas and parking areas, the insurance on the Building and Common Areas, (including liability insurance for personal injury, death, and property damage, insurance with extended coverage against fire, theft, or other casualty, and other insurance deemed advisable by Landlord), provision of security services, payment of real estate taxes, provision of building and grounds MAINTENANCE SE...
