Maintain Collateral. The Customer will maintain all Collateral in good order and repair, this clause. Any floating charge created under this Agreement will become a fixed charge:
Maintain Collateral. Xxxxxxx agrees to maintain and repair the Collateral as necessary to keep it in good condition, and not to waste, destroy, or voluntarily damage the Collateral.
