Lost Cards. The Dining Plan card is also the Residence ID Card. The Resident must treat it in the same manner as cash or a credit card and report a lost, stolen or damaged card, immediately to the Residence Office. Residents will be subject to a $10 fee for replacement of a damaged card, a $25 fee for the replacement of the first lost card and $50 for subsequent lost cards. Lost Cards a. A charge of $25 is made to replace a lost, stolen or damaged photo ID card and $10 to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged non-photo dining card.
b. Lost or stolen meal cards must be reported immediately to the Dining ID Office (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or suspended instantly through the Dining website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/dining/lost-id-card-order-form. Only the balance of accounts on the card at the time the card is suspended can be protected. No temporary cards will be issued. Until your ID card is replaced, you will not have access to your meal plan, Dining Dollars, guest passes or Cat’s Cache.
c. Your University ID card is strictly nontransferable. The owner of ID card is responsible for its security and proper use and subject to a $25 fine for its unauthorized use.
Lost Cards. Except as provided in subparagraph ii below, Merchant shall immediately destroy each Card which is left at Merchant’s place of business by cutting it in half through the magnetic stripe.

Lost Cards. If you lose your Stanford ID card, you must report the loss immediately to the Stanford ID Card Office. Students are not allowed to enter the dining hall without a valid Stanford ID card.
Lost Cards. Owners must immediately report a lost card and pay a Lost Card Fee of $25.00 before a replacement card will be issued. Returning Cards. Owner(s) are required to return all issued Access Cards to the Association prior to selling their home. Once the Association receives a request for Resale Certificate for a property and the issued cards have not been returned to the Association, a charge of $75.00 per unreturned/lost Access Card will be added to the required Resale Certificate. Facility Use: No resident is allowed to bring an outside group, organization, business, or person onto Windsong Ranch facilities to use without providing a Certificate of Insurance with Windsong Ranch Community Association listed as an additional insured and with the specific minimums provided by the Association. In addition, there will be a $100 annual fee for the operational use of our facilities by the outside group, organization, person, or business. Reservation policies are still in affect and all scheduling must be approved by Windsong Ranch Community Association.
Lost Cards. 13.1 You must contact us urgently if a Card or Cheque is lost or stolen or a Card or your Security Details are misused (or you think they might be). We will keep a record of your call, and may record or monitor the call itself. If you later find the reported Cards or Cheques, you must destroy them.
13.2 You will not have to pay us anything for unauthorised use of your account unless we can show that you gave someone your Card (or Security Details to make Transactions), or were fraudulent. In this case, you will be liable for all use of the Card before you give us notice under the above condition.
13.3 You will not have to pay us for unauthorised postal, telephone or internet Transactions made by someone other than you or an additional cardholder.
13.4 You must give any information and help we reasonably ask for to deal with misuse or unauthorised access to your account, or in relation to any other transaction we, the police or other authorities are investigating. We may pass on related information to other banks, to those involved in processing card payments, or to the police or other authorities, in the UK or (if appropriate) abroad.
Lost Cards. If a member loses his/her access card, he/she must notify Kraft Training Center Alta immediately, so it may be blocked. If Kraft Training Center Alta suffers any form of financial loss (theft, vandalism, etc.) due to the member’s lost access card before the card is reported as missing, the member may be held liable for any loss/damage. The member will be charged for a new access card based on the current price list.

b) A fee of Kshs. 750 will be charged on obtaining Replacement cards whether for Basic or Supplementary card member
c) All Replacement Cards will be issued with new account numbers which will be a continuation of the old Account number so replaced and the conditions applicable to the old account number shall apply thereof
d) If you subsequently recover the card reported missing, you should not use it. Continue to use the Replacement Card and subsequent renewals of it. Immediately report the recovery of the original Card to us. Cut it in half and return it to us. lf in doubt, please contact us 8. Renewal
a) You authorize us to renew the Card and/or Replacement Card before the expiry of the current card. We will bill you with the renewal fees annually.
b) We shall continue to renew the Card in this way until you ask us to stop or in the case of Supplementary Card you or the Basic Card member asks us to stop.
