As it is reasonably expected that the annual caps in relation to the transactions under the Logistics Agreement will be exceeded for 2017 and 2018, TAB and Tingtong entered into the Supplemental Logistics Agreement on 10 November 2017 to revise the annual caps for the transactions under the Logistics Agreement for the two financial years of 2017 and 2018.
