Lockbox Service. With this Service we will process checks, drafts and other payment instruments (“Checks”) which you receive by mail from others (“Customers”) by: establishing a post office box address (“Lockbox”) where Customers may mail Checks to you; arranging for the pickup of such Checks each business day; endorsing Checks on your behalf; depositing the Checks to your designated account (“Account”); and providing related accounting and record keeping services. We and our Service providers will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the mail at the Lockbox as your agent.
Lockbox Service. The lockbox service (the “Service”) will operate through a U.S. Postal Service box in the Company’s name (the “Lockbox”) and Company’s demand deposit accounts at Bank (the “Accounts”) which are designated herein below, and which Accounts are subject to Bank’s standard deposit account agreements. Company authorizes Bank and its employees, representatives or authorized agents to (i) pick up and transport from the Post Office mail addressed to the Lockbox, and (ii) open such mail and process its contents according to the Lockbox processing procedures which will be agreed to by Bank and the Company.
Lockbox Service. The Bank will provide lockbox mail collection services with respect to your Account(s) (the “Lockbox Service”) in accordance with the terms of this Section 27.
Lockbox Service. With this Service, we will process payments to you that are received through a designated post office box. Please see our separate addendum for the terms of this Service.
Lockbox Service. We will process payments which you receive by mail from others (“Payors”) by: establishing a post office box address where Payors may mail payments to you; arranging for the collection of such payments each Business Day; endorsing checks on your behalf; depositing payments to your designated account; and providing related accounting and record keeping services. Additional terms and conditions relating to this Service are contained, and are available, in a separate Lockbox Agreement and Setup Sheet.
Lockbox Service. Prior to Lender making any advances hereunder, Debtor hereby agrees to enter into a Tri-Party Lockbox Agreement in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Lockbox Agreement”), pursuant to which Lender and First Business Bank (the “Lockbox Bank”) shall be granted access to the Lockbox.
Lockbox Service. 5.1 To the extent that you have additionally been registered by us to use the Lockbox Service, you authorise us to arrange for Cheques to be paid into the cheque clearing system and for funds to be credited to the Collection Account(s).
Lockbox Service. The provision by Bank and the use by Customer of the Lockbox services described below shall be subject to this Part V and in Part VII of this Agreement
Lockbox Service. If Company uses Bank’s Lockbox Service, Company agrees to be bound by the terms of this Service Description. Company shall direct its customers to mail their payments in the form of Checks to Company to the Lockbox. Bank will have unrestricted and exclusive access to the mail directed to the Lockbox. Company acknowledges that this Service Description covers the Lockbox Service to be provided by Bank and, except as specifically provided in this Service Description, does not cover the handling of the Company’s Account(s) or the processing of Checks drawn on the Account(s). As a result, the Account will be subject to, and Bank's operation of the Account(s) will be in accordance with, the terms and provisions of Bank's Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, a copy of which Company acknowledges having received.
