Location; Costs. Client agrees to arrange and pay for all on-Site security in and around the Studio to protect Sweetwater personnel and the Production Facilities during the entire Term of this Agreement. Client will supply a sufficient number of parking permits at the Site for all Sweetwater employees required by client, at no cost to Sweetwater. Client will supply power (100 amp, 3 phase, 120 volt, Clean Tech Power) and be responsible for all Site location costs including, but not limited to, permits, power, security, transmission and lighting.
