For Shops of area above 100 Sq. m. and less than 250 Sq. m., fire Extinguishers of capacity 10 KG and another of 18 Liters Water, these should be distributed in at least four units at two places remote to each other. For bigger spaces, Licensee is required to obtain details of recommended suppression and detection system from MAHA-METRO in the beginning.   • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Standard Samples Bid Specifications may indicate that the Product to be purchased must be equal to a standard sample on display in a place designated by the Commissioner and such sample will be made available to the Bidder for examination prior to the opening date. Failure by the Bidder to examine such sample shall not entitle the Bidder to any relief from the conditions imposed by the Bid Specifications.

  • Safety Glasses During the life of the Collective Agreement, the Company will contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of one (1) pair of safety prescription glasses and frames (meeting C.S.A. Z94.3 - Standard) for employees doing assigned work, which necessitates the wearing of safety glasses. In addition, while doing this assigned work, if the employee sustains damage to his/her safety prescription glasses, the Company will subsidize the cost of repair or replacement of these safety glasses in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the cost.

  • Packages If under the Agreement packaging of products remains property of Supplier or is to be returned to Supplier, Buyer must return them at his risk and account empty to the destination indicated by Supplier and must advise Supplier on date of dispatch. Any packages not returned in good order and condition within a reasonable period shall be paid for by Buyer at Supplier’s standard replacement costs.

  • Packaging and Shipping 3.1 Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, ship and route the Products in accordance with the requirements of Timken and the carriers and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, or if there are no stated requirements, in accordance with best commercial practices designed to prevent loss or damage due to weather, transportation and other causes.

  • Meters 7.1.1 For installation of Meters, Meter testing, Meter calibration and Meter reading and all matters incidental thereto, the SPD and SECI shall follow and be bound by the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, the Grid Code, as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Plant UBEF and its agents shall be given access to the Plant in a manner and at all times reasonably necessary and convenient for UBEF to take delivery as provided herein. UBEF shall schedule the loading and shipping of all Ethanol purchased hereunder, whether shipped by truck or rail. All labor and equipment necessary to load or unload trucks or rail cars shall be supplied by EKAE without charge to UBEF. The parties agree to handle the Ethanol in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the other's reasonable requirements and in accordance with normal industry practice. EKAE shall maintain the truck/rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).
