Licensing Model. Software offered by Versa for production or commercial application employs no programmatic license enforcement. It is Your responsibility to both provide Your usage level to Versa, and purchase sufficient License Metric units to meet Your Software usage. Versa reserves the right to verify Proof of Entitlement and corresponding Software usage as defined in Section 10 (Recordkeeping and Audits).

Licensing Model. Software offered by Versa for Titan comes with programmatic license enforcement. It is Your responsibility to purchase the right License Tier. In the case of private Titan instances, it is Your responsibility to report Your usage to Versa on a quarterly basis. Versa reserves the right to verify Proof of Entitlement and corresponding Software usage as defined in the following sections.
Licensing Model. Product licenses shall be in accordance with the terms of the applicable licensing model as set forth in the Documentation and the Ordering Document, which may include limitations on Scan Targets, License Term, the number of users, seats, licenses and/or types of modules licensed. Product licenses shall commence upon Delivery and shall be either perpetual or subscription in nature. If Customer exceeds the license restrictions, Customer must purchase an upgraded license to allow for all actual or additional usage.
Licensing Model. The foregoing license gives you the right to use the Software on condition you have purchased at least one Software license and unlimited use of Game Face Gaming Inc Run-Time client applications that are delivered.

  • The Product Energy Resource Interconnection Service allows Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility's output using the existing firm or non-firm capacity of the Transmission System on an "as available" basis.
