LICENSED USE. LICENSES. The Software and each of its components are owned by Licensor or other licensors and are protected under copyright laws and other applicable laws. Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants to You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use copies of the Software within Your Organization (as defined below) solely in connection with, and for the duration of, your lawfully acquired licenses for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12, SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 12 and associated products. Associated products currently include, but are not limited to, the following: WebYaST, SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension, GEO Clustering for SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension, SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time Extension, SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Sale, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP applications.

Many of the individual components included in the Software are licensed pursuant to an open source license identified in the documentation or located in the source code or binary code for the component. This Agreement does not limit Your rights under such licenses or supersede or conflict with the license terms or obligations for use of any individual open source component.
LICENSED USE. Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to reproduce and internally use the Software in connection with Your legally acquired licenses for NetIQ MobileAccess.
LICENSED USE. GroupWise 2014 The following licenses apply to Your use of the Software depending on which product licenses You have purchased. Certain benefits are available only if You are current on maintenance for Your licenses. Except for Test Mailboxes and Resource Mailboxes, each GroupWise mailbox created using the Software requires the purchase of a Full Client License, Limited Client License, or Inactive License based on the use as specified below. You may transfer licenses between mailboxes as Your usage changes. For example, You can buy an Inactive License for a Full Client License mailbox that is no longer used for purposes other than archive and transfer that Full Client License to another mailbox. GroupWise Mailbox Full Client License. A Full Client License is required for each mailbox that has been accessed by one or more of the following: the GroupWise client for Windows or Mac (grpwise.exe), GroupWise Notify (notify.exe), GroupWise Address Book (addrbook.exe), or a third-party plug-in to the GroupWise client API. GroupWise Mailbox Limited Client License. A Limited Client License may be used only for a mailbox that has been accessed solely by GroupWise WebAccess (including mobile devices), GroupWise client for Windows via the Proxy feature, GroupWise client for Windows via the busy search feature, a mobile device that is synchronizing GroupWise through GroupWise Mobility Service, a POP client, an IMAP client, a SOAP client or a third-party plug-in to the GroupWise SOAP protocol.
LICENSED USE. 3.1. To permit the use of the Contractor’s image(s), still or otherwise (the “Image(s)”) for all legal purposes, including but not limited to New York State Civil Rights Section 50, (the “Licensed Use”) for the City. The Contractor hereby releases and consents to the following terms:
LICENSED USE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Code42 hereby grants during each Subscription Term, and Customer hereby accepts, solely for its internal use, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferrable (except in accordance with Section 11.6), enterprise-wide, right and license to use, copy, load, run, have run, and display the Software in object code form only (collectively the “Licensed Use”). The Licensed Use shall also include the right, subject to the license conditions and restrictions set forth herein, to: (i) use the Code42 Subscription Services by the number of Authorized Users identified on each Quote; (ii) make or install a reasonable number of additional copies of the Software and Documentation for archival, document retention, disaster recovery or back-up purposes, provided that any copy of the Software or Documentation made by Customer, or an Authorized User, must bear the same respective copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on the copy of the Software or Documentation as furnished to Customer by Code42; (iii) use a reasonable number of copies of the Software in non-production environments at no additional charge for the sole purposes of training, development, test, quality assurance, sandbox, validation, backup and disaster recovery; and (iv) use the Software on up to four (4) Devices per Authorized User.
LICENSED USE. 3.1 The Recycles Marks are part of a behavior change campaign to help consumers better understand the key role they have to play in keeping metal in the material loop by recycling their empty (metal) packaging or other metal products. The Recycles Marks aim to communicate to the consumer the intrinsic recycling benefits derived from the permanent properties of metal. Licensee shall not use the Recycles Marks other than for this genuine purpose.
LICENSED USE. 6.2.1 Because many technical problems could arise as a result of changes made by WDC to the IBM HDD Product specifications that IBM provides in Phase 1 (for example, changes could affect manufacturing yields, compatibility of parts and HDD integrity, with possible expense to both parties), WDC is not licensed under this Agreement to make or have made derivatives of, or to make any changes to, IBM HDD product specifications that IBM provides without first obtaining prior written approval from IBM.
LICENSED USE. This Agreement is revised from the End User License Agreement that You may have received with the Software to include additional license rights with respect to Qualifying Products. Your exercise of the license rights under the section below “Entitlement for Qualifying Products” indicates Your acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You prefer not to utilize this entitlement, then Your use will continue to be governed by the End User License Agreement that You received with the Software.
