Licensed Term. Please see Exhibit A.
Licensed Term. Perpetuity.
Licensed Term. Licensee shall have the non-exclusive right to manufacture and sell records, tapes and compact discs derived from the Licensed Master in perpetuity.
Licensed Term. Licensee shall have the non-exclusive right to use the Licensed Material for a Licensed Use in perpetuity.
Licensed Term. The License under this Agreement shall remain in -------------- effect for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of this Agreement, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions and terms contained herein.
Licensed Term. The term of this license shall be the number of years remaining on the copyright of the computer software which Licensor developed for Product, from the effective date thereof, and thereafter, shall be renewable based upon the life of the patent, once patented, of the jointly developed technology contemplated by the parties in this Agreement.
Licensed Term. The term of the License commences on the date of execution of this Agreement and expires eight (8) years from the date hereof; provided, however, that this Agreement shall automatically terminate immediately upon any termination of the Administrative Services Agreement dated as of the same date hereof between DCA, Licensee and certain other parties.
Licensed Term. Licensee shall have the non-exclusive right to manufacture and distribute compilation albums derived from the Licensed Master and sell records, tapes and compact discs derived from the Licensed Master in perpetuity.
Licensed Term. Licensee shall have the non-exclusive right to manufacture compact discs derived from the Licensed Master for a period of One (1) Year from the date of this Agreement.
