License Only. This Agreement creates a non-exclusive license only and the Licensee acknowledges that the Licensee does not and shall not claim any interest or estate of any kind or extent whatsoever in the Building, Communications Spaces, or Equipment Room by virtue of this Agreement or the Licensee’s use of the Building, Communications Spaces or Equipment Room. The relationship between the Licensor and the Licensee shall not be deemed to be a "landlord-tenant" relationship and the Licensee shall not be entitled to avail itself of any rights afforded to tenants at law.
License Only. This Agreement shall be deemed to create only the relationship of licensor- licensee between the parties and shall, in no event, be deemed to create any other relationship, including without limitation landlord-tenant, principal-agent, master-servant, employer-employee or partner-joint venturer.
License Only. It is understood and agreed by the Licensee and University that no lease or any other interest in real property is created by this License. This License is only for the use of a bed space within a living unit assigned to the Licensee for a limited time.

You do not acquire any intellectual property or other proprietary rights under this Agreement, including without limitation any right, title or interest in and to patents, copyrights, trade- marks, industrial designs, confidential information, or trade secrets, whether registered or unregistered, relating to the Software or any part thereof. Your only rights to the Software and any part thereof shall be those rights expressly licensed to You under this Agreement. Any rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved.
License Only. It is expressly understood that this License constitutes only a License to occupy the Premises.
License Only. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Agreement is a revocable license to access the Office Space and receive certain Services, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. The relationship between Industrious and Member is that of a licensor and licensee only, and not a landlord-tenant or lessor-lessee relationship. This Agreement will not be construed to grant Member any right, title, interest, easement, or lien in or to Industrious’s business, the Office Space, the Premises, or anything contained therein, nor will this Agreement be interpreted or construed as a lease. Member acknowledges that this Agreement creates no tenancy interest, leasehold estate, or other real property interest in Member’s favor and Member hereby waives any and all claims and/or defenses based upon any such interest.
License Only. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as constituting Licensor and Licensee as landlord and tenant, sublandlord and subtenant, co-partners or joint venturers.
License Only. 17.1. This Membership Agreement is a nonexclusive license to you only and you accept that it is not a lease and gives you no right to the Facility other than the license rights set out in and subject to the Membership Agreement which is personal to you.
License Only. Notwithstanding the use herein of the word "sell" and variants thereof, all Software is licensed to the Reseller and the End User and is not sold. SKYSTREAM, or the licensors through which SKYSTREAM obtained the rights to distribute Software, retain title to the Software, whether the Software is separate or combined with any other products, including Reseller Products, and Reseller shall transfer Software only to the extent that such transfer is incidental to the resale or lease of the Products. The End User is licensed by SKYSTREAM directly to use the Software solely in conjunction with the use of the Products and further subject to the terms of the End User Software License.
License Only. The University grants the Sponsor a personal, nontransferable, revocable license only. No leasehold interest for the use of Facilities is created under this Agreement.
